The Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Club

Of all the courses that I have played recently this one is in the best shape. Pace of play made it fun to play. Greens were quick but fair. I’ll be back soon.

Course was in playable shape given the recent winter wetness. Even the traps were racked, and the greens smooth and fast. Will play again soon!

The only word I have for this course is miserable. They needed to close because of the rains. Letting golfers on the course under these miserable conditions can lead to injuries and extreme damage. Face the weather facts, close the course when its condition turn dangerous.

Never again!

Liked the course, it was muddy due to the rain. Very excited to play when the weather is better!

This course was very challenging. Hills, water and sand make this an excellent course. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Late December and the greens were in fantastic shape. Course was in great condition as well. Considering most courses have been very wet, Preserve was significantly better. Highly recommend the course!

Took several members of my family for a round of Christmas golf. The course was very wet from the rain the day before, but we played favorable lies for the round. The greens were in very good shape. The fairways were wet, but playable even with the rain. I've played this course many times and have always enjoyed my round. The course does have some very challenging holes, several gullies and waste area, so bring extra balls. Will definitely come back

Enough said. Took 5.5 hours to complete our round. we had 2 other foursomes on the tee box waiting with us on holes to tee off it was so backed up.

Course was a bit wet, bunkers and greens did not match up with the practice facilities. Layout is awesome! My main issue is simple...the course has a nice looking range, mats to use to protect the practice tees, but stated that the range was closed...the range wasn’t closed...it was closed to daily fee players, non members or anyone not getting a lesson. It was 43 degrees when we tee’d off, utilizing the range would have made the round much more enjoyable. If you want to be snooty and high class...go completely private and tell the public to stay out, otherwise treat the public like kings and watch the money pile up!

I play a lot of different courses in the area and this is my favorite. Very good value for the cost. Paid 29 on a Tuesday for 18 holes. The course was wet so 90 degree rule was in effect.

Our tee time was 1:20pm on a Monday, so the course was not very busy. It rained the night before pretty heavily but the fairways and greens drained very well and didn’t impede play at all. Overall this was a great course and I would highly recommend. Lots of elevation change on this track, which makes it play very different than many others in the triangle area that tend to be more flat. Will definitely be visiting again soon!
