PGA WEST Greg Norman Course

Cart path only during the time we played. The greens were quick. Didn’t hold any of our approach shots. Tough track.

Keep it in play and conditions are perfect….

Miss a fairway and almost guaranteed a bogey or worse!

Pro shop staff were very helpful and welcoming. The course was in great shape with very fast greens. Really liked the computer screen on the cart showing the layout and distances of each hole, tips, and scorecard. I would play at this course again.

If you like sand, you will like this course. The bummer for us was that they had just seeded the fairways and it was cart path only. It got to be very tiring after 13 holes and we were very disappointed having to pay so much to play and have to walk back and forth across the fairways. I would have preferred to walk had I had the chance. Courses should give a heads up when there is maintenance like that so the golfer has a choice to play or not.

Obviously being over seeded and greens were rock hard.

The course and Golf Now should develop a process to let golfers know prior to booming when cart path only will be enforced. Until Golf Now can do this I will only book directly with proshops..

Would have liked to know course was CPO before booking

This was a really cool, strictly desert/target-golf layout in fantastic condition! It was still cart path only, but the overseer is growing in nicely and the greens were a very dark green and rolling great. POP was barely over 4 hours, little/no waiting. Free range balls, excellent short game area, very friendly staff. All in all, this was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this course to any serious golfer

Course was cart path only and will be until February. Fairways were reseeded and sparse in some spots. Greens were painted and not up to pga west standards. Not worth full price at this time.

When we made the reservation, and when we checked in, we were not told that the course had just reopened just two days previously, and the course was cart path only. Until the fairways fill in and the greens come back from being dormant, there are a number of courses in the valley, that are in better condition at a better price.

We have played this course many times in the past, and this was the first time that the conditions did not make for an enjoyable round.

This is a beautifully design course that is not currently in it's best condition. The fairways are thin as the winter grass has not fully grown in so there are no carts allowed on the fairways. The greens were also treated and in the process growing in. Still a nice course with a great practice area.
