About

Lilliardsedge Golf Course is a nine-hole golf course that embraces the natural features and beautiful scenery of one of Scotland's most attractive and historic regions. The golf course is set in the surroundings of the Scottish borders, located just five miles from Jedburgh.

Lilliardsedge includes a variety of holes set in natural surroundings, with trees, hedgerows, burns, lake, fences, walls and marsh areas all part of the scenery and adding to the challenge. The third hole requires an accurate tee shot to the left of the wetlands to open up the approach to the narrow green. Lilliardsedge Golf Course's seventh demands accuracy from the tee, as a ditch runs the entire length of the hole on the left, with sand traps on the right.

Worth the visit

This course is well worth a visit, it was in reasonable condition, the greens were very good. The onsite bar and restaurant are of the highest quality.

The staff in the reception where very friendly and helpful.

Really slow 9 holes. Stuck behind 3 teenagers that wouldn’t let us through. Held up us and group behind us. Also twice left flags out of holes on greens. Collared them at end of round and didn’t even apologise. Course was in good condition but it was to busy.

Pleasantly surprised.

I have played a few of the local 9 hole course in the Eildon and Galashiels area. In my opinion this is the best. Very good course, greens, fairways great condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely play again.

Gem of a course

The course is in great condition with greens that are immaculate due to the care of the green keepers, there were some patches of standing water and damp areas but this has to be expected due to the amount of rain but did not take away any of the enjoyment of the course

Course was nice. Short but some tricky holes. Only bit that let it down was the bunkers. Very little sand.

Double Booked T off!!! Not happy!!

When we arrived 10 minutes before our 11:00 T time. The staff pulled there face and said well… there is someone else booked for 11:00!!

That was a bit rude and spoiled the experience of using your app.
