Pleasant Course
A moderate challenge for the mid-high handicap. Course was in great condition considering the amount of rainfall this week.
Enjoyable
An enjoyable round of golf and well looked after in these Covid times. Course ok but lacking some character and not very challenging apart from the last 5 holes. However would play again.
Solo Sunday Round
Booked at short notice as nice day. Shorter, simpler course, but ideal for practice. Good greens, good condition and a variety of holes.
Well maintained
The course is well maintained with friendly staff the front nine are a good drive and wedge short but very enjoyable the back nine are longer but still a good test it’s well maintained and staff are very helpful enjoyable round

Fantastic day! First time playing the West course. Course was great and weather was great. Staff very friendly as always.
Tight challenging course
Really enjoyed this course. Arrived and found the starters hut, the 2 ladies were very friendly. Course was in great condition, greens were excellent. I look forward to playing again.
My only negative was the group behind us, we had a 4 ball in front and although they were not slow the group behind decided to ignore safety and tee off 3 times when we were within distance, 2 balls missing us by only a few yards. It did impact on our game slightly causing us to tell them this was not acceptable. I would not mark the course down for this though as they have no control over people behaving that way.
Course conditions were excellent and greens superb
Only downsides was no staff in duty anywhere so people arriving for first time had to organise around start times

Enjoyable course,good quality course,will play it again,for sure,suits all golfers,a joy to play,wish the facilities were back up and running,but to be expected considering circumstances,will be back,would be great for a golf outing
