Palm Royale Country Club

Love to be able to walk this course. Holes are a good mix of easy and challenging. Love the water features, bunker layout and just ease of play at Palm Royale. Good value on GolfNow too.

A great fun course to challenge and tune up my short game. Always in good shape with fast greens and well groomed bunkers. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Palm Royale is a very nice executive course with 18 par 3 holes. Fairways and greens are very playable; the rough is thicker grass, perfect for practicing the kinds of short shots I'll have at my home course. Water was in play on some holes. Even though the holes are all under 140 yards, you still have to hit the green from the tee to keep your score down. Most holes have some elevation changes and sloped areas, making them more interesting. Overall, the course is very scenic and playing there is a pleasure..

Challenging for a par 3 unless you hit the green!

Small fairways, narrow, long grass, lots of water. nice greens when you get there!

This scenic par 3 walking-only course was a pleasure to play. Great practice for 80-120 yard tee shots, chipping and putting. All of the surfaces were in excellent condition. It was pretty easy if you hit the green from the tee, but missing the green provided opportunities for trouble (thick rough, water, sand). Greens were quite fast, but readable. It took about 3 hours to play this 2000 yard long 18-hole course, probably 30 min too long. But it was a nice day and we had a fine time. We’ll come back for more short game practice.

Played here with my son about 25 years ago. Played this time with my 8 year old grandson and two son-in-laws. Greens, Sand and course in great shape. Tee boxes beat up but playable. Staff was super nice. Our foursome played in about 3 hours. Grandson parred the 154 yard hole by hitting onto green and two putting! What could be better!

This is a fun and challenging par 3. Great condition.

The 4th time I’ve ever played but the 2nd time in Palm Desert Valley area. I chose this course because it’s a Par 3 Executive course that was a mile from our condo. I was very fortunate to be paired with two regulars, one who had a place on the course. Craig and Tom were so helpful to me being such a novice and they improved my game as the holes got near 16-18. Beautiful course layout and surroundings and water hazards. Another great day of golf in the desert.

Fun round on a very well maintained course. The gentleman in the pro shop was super nice.

Lovely little gem of a course. Perfect for perfecting the short game.

Great course for the price. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars because the pace of play was really bad that day. It may have been because of a very large group in front of us, but I'm not sure.

Nice little waking par 3. Lots of water and nice views. Good for beginner's or short game fun.. 18 holes. Longest around 150yds
