Good course just to get out with friends.
Good course for an average golfer looking to spend time with friends. The only issue I have was the greens were a little pitchy and looking at them now some of them are small. The greens could be a little bigger IMO.
Good for beginners
Good course for beginners or for those who don’t play often such as myself. Fairways were adequately maintained but both the tee and green areas had mild wear but not enough to significantly impact play. The amenities were not available due to COVID-19 guidelines. Took 3.25 hours for three of us to play this 18 hole, Par 3 golf course. Will definitely play again!
Alondra south, hmmmm...
I know better than to play the Alondra par 3 (south) course but I needed to get some short-game practice. I did get practice hitting but much of what I practiced won't show up on good courses. For example, teeing off, you have 2 choices, use the mat or hit off a hardend mud surface. Or, like aiming for an elevated green that is 5 yards in diameter with sharp dropoffs. The greens definitely need a makeover, like big time. That said, I'll probably come back in a year or two to see if the owners cared enough to spend some money so folks who pay to play won't feel so... underwhelmed.
Neighborhood course
Friendly course. Like the ambiance and course layout.
Where's Management???
Extremely poor. Immediately in front of our group was a 5-some (smoking dope) playing as slow as humanly possible (more than 2.5 hrs just for the front 9). The 6-some immediately in front of them actually pulled three holes ahead of the 5-some, when we finally jumped in front of the group of 6 (which was more than a hole behind) to finish our round after playing just 15 holes. May be a long time before we return.
So so course
The course isn’t to bad for a 18 hole par 3 but I don’t like teeing off range mats. Then trying to find grass to tee off is non existent. The pace of play is horrible. There’s many times where I see a group of 5 plus playing together. Also for anyone going be prepared for the greens. They are extremely hard so no trendily bounces here
