Great course staff very friendly and accommodating! Course was a lot of fun! I would encourage hole signs however course layout was easy to follow.

A great course that I hadn’t played in a few years, was lovely to see in such good conditions. Will definitely play it again. Excellent value for money.

I booked the course as my son is playing in the South Ayrshire golf Festival in June and I thought it would be good to get out for a game and let him try the course before playing in the Junior Open. We drove down from Glasgow with the weather not being favourable but not knowing the course we thought we would see how it went, the pro-shop staff were great, but they should not have allowed us to go out on the course, from the first hole the course was saturated. It was demoralising to play and every shot was in lying water with nowhere to get relief, I am disappointed we were allowed to play and we should have been asked if we wanted to play another day when it was drier, but it felt like we have your money on you go.

On the other hand the course is a fantastic course and you can see the greens were in good nick even though they had puddles all over them.

Great Course with fantastic settings, couple of tees were a little long and could do with a cut. But brilliant day and will definitely play it again given the chance

The course was in excellent condition. Tees & fairways were looking great & the greens were excellent. The only negative was inconsistent bunkers. One was lovely soft sand & the other was rock hard, compacted sand.

Course was nice hard to find your way round as tees weren’t marked no posts to tell you what hole you were playing had ask golfers were next tee off was

Was playing really well for the amount of rain that had fallen. Having never played the golf course before some extra signs would have been nice to direct golfers to the correct holes. The booking office and the pro were very helpful.

Would love to play it in summer months as greens were very good and quite fast for time of year

Another enjoyable round at Belleisle. The course is well laid out with many interesting holes. Par 3’s are challenging but score able. The course is in good condition generally but with a little surface water. This was due to heavy sustained rainfall so understandable. I would highly recommend a visit to this gem of a course. One of my favourites.

Great course layout and some really good holes, a bit muddy in places but expected due to weather. Full greens in play which was great for this time of year). Well worth a visit and great value for money. Will be back in the summer 👍🏻

Warm welcome and introduction to the course from the staff. Very well kept wide fairways and greens - the moderate wind made the course especially challenging on a few holes. Great fun and I’ll definitely be back. Brilliant value course not to be overlooked despite its many high profile ‘neighbours’.

Excellent course but 2 holes currently out of play pin in middle of fairway and hole closed wasn’t made aware of this before playing or booking so was disappointed as wouldn’t have booked will play again in the future

Conditions were a bit wet at times but course is still in great condition after the dry spell.

Wasn't aware of the 2nd and 3rd holes being worked on, only found out when clocking in.

Still well worth £30

The course is very cool and way worth the money. The amenities are top notch and there are 36 holes to boot. All the golf you can handle! My 8-year-old and I played twice and it was really good for both of us while on holiday from the US. Saw some good shots too. See video...
