Dinner
Good well laid out course, challenging greens, not sure I would go back, friendly pro shop and bar staff. Big big disappointment no food after 3:30 lost out on a lot of money..
first visit
absolutely top course and thoroughly enjoyed it, only gripe would be the greens which had been spiked and not in tip top condition, otherwise fantastic course.

Only negative of the day, the air machine for cleaning your equipment not working.

Great course, slow round
Would play again , think we were just unlucky with how busy it was as the round took a lot longer than expected.
Beautiful!
An outstanding little gem of a course, first time playing and very impressed with Balmore. Some of the holes are beautiful such as the 11th and the 16th . Greens due to time of year where genuinely not too bad. Would happily play two rounds of this course a day.
Lovely location and neat layout course
Anyone looking to play a fabulous course that is not about length look no further. Great variety of holes well put together in a compact but lovely area. Refreshing to play a course that is playable yet challenging length for most club players. Clubhouse very welcoming with friendly staff and members. When we played it the course was still on winter conditions, greens were spiked and sanded but that’s necessary at this time of year, course will benefit over the season. Will definitely revisit and play again in summer conditions. Enjoyable day out for our group. Thank you guys was a pleasure.
Great course
Cracking course as a new golfer I found this a great course not too long but long enough , good food and friendly staff

Played on Tuesday morning . Four ball in front of us . Pace of play ahead was great , not so much behind us . Ball narrowly missed us on several occasions. Apology accepted . Other than that , a great course greens waiting on being cut . Kind of expected that . We will be back I love this course .
Great condition
Course was in great condition, with a good variety of holes.
Great course.
I loved it. I did shoot about 5/6 extra shots due to the greens been almost unplayable in areas with huge lumps of sand but I get this needs to happen every so often. Still playing off mats which baffles me, ill come back in the summer for sure
Great course in bad winter weather
I love Balmore. A course that welcomes the nomad golfer, a challenging varied golf course without being crazy long. It's quirky, the layout messes with you, it's an endless puzzle and you can only appreciate it after playing it a few times.
We played on a wet February morning, some of the ground was soft and slippy. The summer greens were on but it was February so don't expect too much. A great morning out and because of the price we didn't feel bad finishing a few holes early because we were soaked through! Love it and will be back
