Hayston Golf Club

Nice sunny day perfect for golf. The course was in a fair condition considering the dry spell. Greens were very true. Some holes were tree lined and tight. Couple of cross over holes to watch out for. We both scored well considering it was our 1st round. In summary a fair test of golf.

2nd time playing and the Greens were in superb condition. Like the layout a lot. A good mix.

Really enjoyed this course, was presented very well with welcoming and helpful pro.

The course has improved my game massively and the members are fantastic. Beautiful and picturesque course.

Course looking superb in the sunshine. Everything spot on but greens still slow and damaged in places.

Certainly worth the £19 I paid but if those greens could be sorted it would be knockout.

The course is by far the most beautiful and elegant I have played. I’ve been 3 times this week and I can’t get enough!

Lovely little course and perfect for start of season. Greens were in bad condition but spoke to a member and he told me they usually come good in June so would be worth a revisit to find out. Pace was slow but it was a beautiful day and course was busy due to nice weather. What can you do, it happens.

Course seems an excellent course, however was disappointed that there were so many winter greens still in play for the time of year. Full greens were very Sandy as well. Would have maybe reconsidered our round if this was known at time of booking. Would love to play the course again when it is a full 18.
