Hayston Golf Club

Very well kept course. A bargain at £25. Tee boxes, pathways to fairways and greens all in great condition, especially considering the high temperatures recently. Some blind tee shots/ second shots make it a challenge at times but not an overly long course

I hadn’t played this course in about 20 years but was overall happy with the course. Not the longest course but ideal if the evening light is fading as you could get round I would think in about 2:30 mins with no delays. Green and course in general in good nick

Played Tuesday course in excellent condition excellent value, will play again.

Course was great, greens were excellent. Pro at start box was friendly and very helpful. A good test especially in the good weather

Turned up a bit early , we were told we can just start . Pace of play was excellent . The course was in beautiful condition, . All round a wonderful round of golf , on an great golf course . We will definitely play this course again . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️➕

New to golf but course was immaculate

Great variety of holes

An enjoyable round of golf with quite varied layout. At one point two holes cross so likely to interrupt pace of play when busy. Greens good and true but not fast fairways good but some tees being repaired. We will be back.

Excellent course but hopefully you don’t get stuck behind the elitist members, alright I played by myself but the 4 ball that thought they were playing the US open infront of me we’re just unpleasant, 2 or 3 times I was stood on the tee watching them tee off with not a hint of do you want to play through…. Wouldn’t mind but they wouldn’t of noticed as I’d of been gone in a flash. Course was great, members not so great…..

Course was in great condition, welcoming and very nice members who helped us along the way. Overall great experience.

Certain holes closed and replaced with temporary holes, no signage, no mention from the pro shop when signing on. Were it not for a helpful old gentleman okaying behind us, we’d have had no idea what was going on.

I know it’s winter greens still technically, but the greens were a joke.

Especially this time of year. Hats off to the guys looking after this course.

Soooooo glad i played again played in May when the greens where patchy but OMG what a difference.

greens where perfect today so lush green and ran true always wanted to play later on in the year as a staff member said at the time the greens will get better week on week. you need to play this gem

Layout of course is great, tree-lined and long enough. Condition were ok but after summer we've had the poorest ive played and greens were very slow and a bit bumpy. Overall a good challenge and a would be top venue with a bit of money spent on it.
