If you enjoy golf but also enjoy fishing and nature, than Lochore Meadows Golf Course, located 100 percent within the confines of Lochore Meadows Country Park, is for you. The park has views across Loch Ore and wooded hills, and it provides a tranquil setting for a relaxing game. The park also boasts water sports, walks, fishing and a nature reserve.
Lochmore Meadows Golf Course itself is nine holes surrounded by maturing trees. The fairways also offer glimpses of the Mary Pit Head and Benarty Hill. And a stream flows through the course on occasions, providing both a hazard and a taste of the wild.
The golf course plays short and long, with little in between. No. 1 is a 335-yard par 4, No. 2 is a 158-yard par 3 and three is a whopping 529-yard par 5. This back and forth is spread throughout, with only one real reprieve, the mid-range, 267-yard par 4 at No. 4.
Lochore Meadows Golf Course also offers food at Café at Park Centre, with snacks and light meals from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. in the summer and 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. in the winter.

Course was a little wet in places but understandable with previous weather conditions
Couldn't rate staff of facilities as due to COVID restrictions
Probably the best 9 hole course I have played.
Great little 9 hole course.
Some cheeky holes some really long holes and your traditional par 3s

Real Value
Loved the course great 9 hole layout, not too strenousbut a real fair test of golf and some great scenery in the hills surrounding the course..
A hidden gem
Never played here before. Decided to try as friend only wanted to play 9 holes and somwhere cheap.
What a discovery this great course is, clubhouse small but great. Staff are incredibly welcoming for two beginners.
Course is only 9 hole but it is Long! Great layout and course in amazing condition.
Paid £9 but would have happily paid £20+
Will be back as soon as I can be.
New course layout
First time back in over 11 years with many changes to the new course layout and new club house.
Course has been remodelled now playing a par 5 first hole,a bit of a tester for the accomplished golfer.
A hidden gem that you can enjoy with family and friends.Loved it so much I’m now signing up to become a member!!
First round on course
Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to the starter on the afternoon on Sat 8th Aug, for his most professional manner in which he assured me and my son in our first visit to the course.
His helpfulness and courteous especially in explaining all about the course.
This course has some great features which added to our experience and without doubt we will be utilizing venue frequently in the coming month before my son head back off to university.
I would recommend to all a a great value for money.
