Water
The course in very bad condition. The fairways were flooded everywhere you stepped there was water. I wish the staff would have warned us before we started playing.

The course was flooded from the 1st hole to last. Giant lakes throughout the fairway and rough. Fairways have not been cut in weeks (due to flooding apparently).
No mention of the flooding conditions either on the reservation page of by the pro shop upon check in.
This was not just casual water everywhere. This was giant lakes everywhere. You could not retrieve your ball because the water was so deep. Walked with soakers from the first hole on.
Really guys?
Poor conditions
The course was pretty much water and unplayable. We only played the front 9 and all gave up play was terrible slow. Can’t believe they can charge full price for conditions like that.Redondo Beach
Still recovering from the rain
6:40am tee time was pushed to 6:50, heard it was b/c the first ones out wanted to wait for more sunlight, the pansies. Greens were good, some soggy fairways/standing water from all the recent rain. Finished in 5 hours due to slightly slow play in front of us.
Great course to play
Great place to play and enjoy great game of golf. Pace a bit slow but it’s a Friday afternoon, so you have to expect this for weekend play
Overall great deal
Good value
Had a late tee time for me and my son on. Friday. Got on about 15 min early and got to finish 9 pretty easily. Paid $28 for both me and a junior rate for my son. Great value for this course.
Grow some grass
A lot of barren areas, I am not sure if it is all the trees but I never seem to get good lies here. With all the rain most courses are lush but ElDo still has a lot of spotty grass coverage. Greens were fantastic!
How a Hot Dog ruined my round!
We tried to order hotdogs as we started the ninth hole. We were told “the hotdogs are premade. Just grab one when you arrive.” When we arrived, there weren’t enough hotdogs, so we had to order two. It took them 25 minutes to make two hotdogs. They were out of hotdog buns and used hoagie buns. The hotdogs were cold, and very undercooked. Two other groups went playing on past ours and we were unable to finish our round because of the sunset. The course condition was good. The Staff is crap. They need to know their inventory and be more friendly and attentive to your patrons.
