The course should not of been open standing water in all the uncut overgrown fairways over 3hours to play the front nine the I left
Swamp
There was more water in the fairways than in the lakes. This course has very poor drainage and having players out given this condition will just make it unplayable for a longer time.
Cart Path Only
We haven't had rain for several days but this course still had standing water and mud everywhere.
Suggest golf now post cart path only or call and find out BEFORE booking.
9 holes took 2 1/2 hours. excessive walking in swamp like conditions. NO DRAINAGE
It’s sad
This is a great golf course but so poorly managed it looses all its value. Beverage cart won’t stop for you. No one working at the bar when you stop at the turn. No one answers the phone e in the golf shop. They let jerks tear up the course and won’t do anything about it. Take some pride in what you have and this could be the best course in the area.

Course In Great Shape
The course is in great shape right now, best greens on any of the Long Beach Municipals by far.
Get a Marshall for God's sake!!!
Unbelievably slow round. Didn't even finish when we tee'd off at 12:20. Walked in from 16 in the dark at 5pm. Not once did we see a Marshall. 3 groups on every par 3 tee box. Painful day. The greens are really nice though and the layout is the best in long Beach. Not worth the rate charged.
PRISTINE
No wonder this place is always booked! New favorite local course by far. Layout was fun and challenging, fairways were in great condition, but let’s talk about the greens and bunkers. These greenskeepers are some of the best in the business. The greens were absolutely immaculate. The bunkers had soft sand that you usually don’t see at local courses that are $65/round. I will go back here whenever I can. Just hope more tee times start opening up so I can continue to play here often!
