cancelled a single spot in time, but was charged by the golf course

no problem with the course itself. But I cancelled one spot as my friend could not play that day. updated in the app - should have been no issues. Pro shop decided that i should be charged for the second tee time that i canceled via the app in time.

There is no way i could find to file a claim nor contact via any form. what is this?
