Great afternoon round
We teed off at about 12 pm and finished at 4:20 pm. Course was in pretty good shape. Greens ran nicely and free of bumpiness for the most part. Fairway were lusher than normal as the fairways this time of year typically is more dormant/shorter this time of year. Bunkers were pretty consistent and you could get a good idea of the sand depth when you took your stance. Staff was friendly and allowed us to go a little late as we got there right at our tee time. I'll be back!

cancelled a single spot in time, but was charged by the golf course
no problem with the course itself. But I cancelled one spot as my friend could not play that day. updated in the app - should have been no issues. Pro shop decided that i should be charged for the second tee time that i canceled via the app in time.
There is no way i could find to file a claim nor contact via any form. what is this?
