Castlreagh hills
Course was a bit wet in some areas which is not a surprise considering the rain lately but on the main very playable. You had to play of mats on the fairways which will benefit the course from the end of winter. No winter greens in use which was great although the tee boxes were the standard winter mats.still an enjoyable round on one of my favourite courses. Staff in clubhouse very helpful.
Castlereagh hills gc
Second time playing this course and score probably my best score in 2019. But card machine wasn't working in club house and we weren't told about temporary tees or greens. But other than that had an enjoyable day and will deffo be back in the spring time. Tee boxs looked great. Fairways played well with a few areas of standing water. Greens were rock hard but once you got the pace locked down they weren't to bad. Next to none ofcourse amenities. Which dropped my score. But all in all s good day out and my score reflected the conditions more than anything else. Back nine needs better signage for ease of access between holes.
December golf
Very good in castlreagh hills, staff very accommodating on booking adjustments, and then gave us golf mats which once got used 2 were helpful, got 2 use new putter for 1st time, enjoyable day

Castleraigh hills golf course
Fantastic course,greens quick,give this course five *****.
Great course pleasantly surprised
Found the course to be short but very demanding greens in great condition , back nine in far far better shape than front nine
Good challenge
Great course well maintained. Good challenge with opportunities to score
First time back in a while, did not disappoint!
First time back for a year or so.
First course I played as a junior and it's been remapped with the 8th and 2nd swapping.
This isn't an overly long course just around 5500 yards off the yellows.
Some really tough holes like 4,8 and 13 with little room for error but plenty of more sympathetic holes with plenty of space to leak off to.
Course in great knick considering the heatwave, greens especially. Clubhouse still pretty meh with just the cafe upstairs but to be expected with a municipal course.
All in all, you will do well to find a better course for your money with views as good as this in and around Belfast.
Challenging but fantastic course
Challenging first 9,forgiving back 9,but lovely course very nice and polite members
Great course with plenty of challenges for all handicappers

Hidden gem in the Castlereagh Hills.
This course has developed into a fully fledged 18 hole course from its early days as a 9 hole course - and the added holes have brought a new and dynamic challenge to this course. The first 9 holes are tight and call for accuracy off the tee and to turn at the half way point on your handicap is a great success. The back 9 holes are all good holes with magnificent views of the County Down countryside. Lastly the hospitality of the staff is second to none - this course is a great addition to the range of courses available in Belfast.
