About
The 7,037 yard Clyde Johnston design at Eagle Landing weaves through the Florida landscape and takes on a vintage feel as he incorporates several of the classic design holes from around the world into the par-72 layout.
"My goal, says Johnston is to intersperse classic holes such as the Redan Hole, the Eden, and the Cardinal into the routing in order to lend a sense of purity to the golf experience at Eagle Landing. Those individual designs are so technically and aesthetically complete that they can truly elevate a golfing experience."
Johnston's philosophy in designing a Club course remains the same as his other courses; begin each nine relatively easy and progressively get harder. The Eagle Landing course offers six sets of tees, from championship to youth tees, allowing the course to play as easy or as difficult as desired. Johnston's previous designs in northeast Florida include Eagle Harbor Golf Club, St. Johns Golf & Country Club, and Jacksonville Golf & Country Club.
Eagle Landing also offers a magnificent golf clubhouse with sports bar, fully-stocked pro shop, his and her locker rooms, and an elegant restaurant overlooking sparkling water and lush fairways. The staff of PGA professionals will coordinate a host of exciting tournaments and events on the course and in the clubhouse.

BOB THE STARTER
Bob the starter is a complete a-hole was following my group around for the front 9 and rushing us even though we had people in front of us, dude is the Karen of starters, the course is beautiful but bob the starter is a bad look and just doesn’t leave you alone, I think he wants friends to play with cause he’s so lonely.
Love the Eagle!
Greens were fast and true. Fairways were great. Course played perfect like is always does. Price has gone up like most courses but not to an insane price point.
Disappointed
I played there twice and both times I was stuck with a group when I wanted to play a single round. I was grouped with men who were two steps above me in skill level which does not benefit my level of play. Will not play there again and will not recommend singles to play there.
Great Shape
The course is in great shape, greens are running around 11. Fairways are excellent. Great track at a nice price point.

Enjoyable course
Have played this course a few times. Always good staff in the clubhouse. Course is in good condition, would just say some bunkers needed more sand.. looking forward to the next round.

Greens are tremendous, fairways are decent, and tee boxes are good. Overall, worth the money. Will go back again!
Great coarse
Second time playing this coarse and still very impressed with coarse conditions and staff.
Give it a try if you are in the area. Don’t believe you will be disappointed.
Great Value
Played the course regularly since it opened. Have played infrequently there for the last several years. Improved driving range. Course played firm and fast both fairways and greens. It was a little slow, mostly one group in front. would have been helpful if someone monitored the pace of play.

Eagle Landing is never disappointing. - well, unless you hit is bad, but that is on you. Food was great. Greens are some of the best in Jacksonville. And overall, just a fabulous golf experience. Thanks for taking care of us golfers. I will be back soon.
