About
The 7,037 yard Clyde Johnston design at Eagle Landing weaves through the Florida landscape and takes on a vintage feel as he incorporates several of the classic design holes from around the world into the par-72 layout.
"My goal, says Johnston is to intersperse classic holes such as the Redan Hole, the Eden, and the Cardinal into the routing in order to lend a sense of purity to the golf experience at Eagle Landing. Those individual designs are so technically and aesthetically complete that they can truly elevate a golfing experience."
Johnston's philosophy in designing a Club course remains the same as his other courses; begin each nine relatively easy and progressively get harder. The Eagle Landing course offers six sets of tees, from championship to youth tees, allowing the course to play as easy or as difficult as desired. Johnston's previous designs in northeast Florida include Eagle Harbor Golf Club, St. Johns Golf & Country Club, and Jacksonville Golf & Country Club.
Eagle Landing also offers a magnificent golf clubhouse with sports bar, fully-stocked pro shop, his and her locker rooms, and an elegant restaurant overlooking sparkling water and lush fairways. The staff of PGA professionals will coordinate a host of exciting tournaments and events on the course and in the clubhouse.

Great Experience
The course is in great shape for winter conditions. The greens were perfect and quick.
Always a great time, beautiful course
Low 90s golfer here, course was in mostly great shape to me. Tee boxes were good but not perfect. Greens were spotty and had new sod on some areas but still good overall. Compared to other courses around Jax right now I would say it’s in great condition.
Very Disappointed
Course is not in good shape. Half of the greens have massive patching on them. Several tee boxes are mud as are some of the areas surround the greens. The fact they a GolfNow deal was $50 and their regular rate is $80 is criminal. I’ve spent that amount before on this app and have played pristine courses. I can’t believe people have recently review this course and stated it was in great shape.
Nice course
Played 18 there yesterday. Course was in great shape from tee to green. The greens were quick and well maintained and the fairways were perfect. Will definitely be back.

Overpriced
Temporary greens on the fairway and still charged me over $100 to play. Never again
Great course
This is a great course. Wide fairways allow a slicer like me enjoy the round. Greens are slower as most greens in the Jacksonville area are but in great shape. I can think of any negatives to say about this course.

I got a great price via GN. And played on a Monday. Top notch course. A little wet in spots but this is FL. The staff are great. The course layout is challenging but not overbearing. I will be back!! Greens are strange, little to no break but still good.
Ok - first time visit
In town for business and wanted to get a round in. Course had solid rain for two weeks prior so understandably wet and not top shape. Overall fine but some member drama going on, 5 some playing in front of me and two women I was paired up with. They stared as 4 and someone out of nowhere joined on hole 7 to make five some, obvious member with his own cart who felt he could do whatever. Pace was still under 2:15 for 9, but drama had me quit after 9 and paid for 18. Just not worth it.
A Must Play Course
One of my favorite Jacksonville tracks. Good conditions and good flow to the layout. Provides good scoring opportunities and some stern challenges as well - especially the back nine.

everything is fantastic except for one employee who is always yelling obscenities and just genuinely being rude ! I play here 3-6 times a month and he’s always the same way ! it’s a shame !
