Nice course
Once you have found the first hole, course navigation is straight forward. The course is open and appropriate for our level, a few challenging holes but generally designed for the novice (which we are). Lots of rain lately has left some areas of flooding but in general it's in good condition, great value for money. Will definitely be back
they were repairing the front nine,so you had to do the back nine twice ,too many street crossing,no water on the course.
Worst Course in America
This is not a golf course. This is a joke. The fairways have more sand and dirt than grass. The tee boxes don't have anything resembling grass. There is no point in spending any money here, and the course should be shut down.
Great course
For a beginner player like myself I must say that this is the course for me to learn how to play golf. I am making this course my first of choice only because the staff is cool and the course is just at my level for me.
Yech
The course was in horrible shape when we played. Greens had just been aerated. But the holes left by the aerator were bigger than I'm used to. Also, the chunks they dug up on the greens were left in piles near the greens. looked like piles of goose droppings. The greens hadn't been cut in a while. Were rather furry. Three putted many on the front nine because i couldn't get the ball near the hole no matter how hard I hit it. The layout was interesting. But difficult to enjoy because of the condition of the course. Fairways were shoddy and weedy. We were there for my dad's 80th birthday. Most of us decided we won't be returning. Very unsatisfying. Definitely don't recommend this course.
The Greens are Almost Completely Back!
In drought conditions it is tough for everybody. They greens keepers have been careful to bring them back slowly. We have gotten some rain and things should get even better this season!
Casselberry Golf Course is a great day out.
We love playing at Casselberry Golf Course. The staff is awesome, always pleasant and professional. The course is kept up and is always clean. You can hit a bucket before going out. Carson is great and always willing to give some advice.
Nice little course
I've been playing here for years. The course is in decent shape, price is good, and kids can play with you for free. I would recommend to anyone.
First timer
The course was very poor shape, from tee boxes, fairways to the greens, lots of damages, greens are aerated, bumpy and slow. did not enjoy my time at the course at all.
Lack of information
We booked our tee time and there was nothing said about the front nine being closed. It was crowded because half the course was closed. We should have been notified the front nine was closed when we called in to make our reservation!
Like the length
I have played this course about 15 times since December. I like the relatively short length of the course. I also think that the course tests my game, not just how long I can hit the ball. The front nine, in particular, tests my irons alot. This is also a great course to play when I'm on my own. I can, finish in less than three hours.
Good value for Money
For $26, a good hotdog and a soda, it's a good deal.
Nice course
Best conditions have seen in years. Good service. Great value.
