I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the course. Fairways and greens were in bad shape. I'm glad I didn't pay full price.

Golf course is drying out, with brownness on many greens and side of fairways. Otherwise, enjoyed the course layout and the greens do roll true. Price is right and staff are very friendly. I will come back to play again, but it's only late June. Not sure what the condition will look like in three months--late September if there isn't enough water to keep the grass from burning.

There was a time, before Covid, where this course was one of the gems in the greater Sacramento area. Challenging but fun layout, and course was cared for.

The current state of this course is a sad fall from grace. Fairways are dead or dying. Greens are diseased. Several tee boxes aren’t even mowed or have big patches of crab grass. Water features have almost all dried up or the water is more like a swamp. Not worth $75 on a Saturday morning.

Bad greens, bad tee boxes, pace of play and food had mold on it

This place has fallen so far down over the years, every once in a while there is a minor glimpse of hope but it always reverts back to a disappointment. Our last 4 attempts to play here have been: 5.5 hour round, 5:43 round, 5:52 round, and today we left on the 14th hole and we were already at 4:05 hours. 6 different tee times on the same hole at the same time, this was on hole 10. Did not see one marshal during our 14 holes, not even a starter. Course is dry and patchy, greens are in pretty bad shape, and there are hard dirt spots all over the fairways . The lack of care and service here is usually that of a course who is about to sell or go under. We were paired with another two some who left of hole 13 and 2 of the guys in the group ahead of us left on 14 as well. When we left on hole 14 there were 15 total golfers on the tee box.

When you’re busy like that, you should pace the time out for everyone so that they can still finish 18 in time. Most people only played 9 holes and left because it took over 3 hrs to finish 9 holes. Thats unfair.

There are a few rough spots here and there but overall the course was in great shape greens were great but very challenging..pace of play was good my guys had fun that's what counts.

The pace of play was poor. The course needs a marshal to monitor the golfers to pick up the pace. 3 hours for 9 holes is unacceptable.

Well kept course with great staff and amenities! Definitely tournament worthy.

Because of the pace of play I would give the overall rating of 4 star b/c of the value that I got from last min HOT deals. It seems like golfers here don’t understand the concept of ready golf to speed up the play under 4 hours for 18-hole rounds
