Valley at Marriott's Desert Springs Resort

Excellent course, challenging with friendly staff highly recommend

Had a great time. Course is challenging but not ridiculous. Loved it.

Course was in great shape with many interesting holes. The mountains in the background for nearly every shot. Played a little slow at times.

Slow play, but beautiful weather and views of the surrounding mountains.

Overall experience was good. The course was well kept and the fairways and greens in good shape.

The check in was difficult with bag drop and parking and not easy to handle for first time players.

We chose to play the valley course on this trip as opposed to the Palms course. The staff was very helpful in person, but those I spoke to on the phone were abrupt. Even though a four hour round seems good and acceptable, We had to wait at every hole.. Beyond that the course and grounds are beautiful, the greens were slow. We will play the other course next time. Marriott doesn’t seem to give you much of a break on greens fees though even if you’re staying on there. So think about that because there are lots of options in the valley.
