About
Located right along the water, Emerald Bay Golf Club was designed by Bob Cupp to be Destin's premier full-service, 18-hole championship course. Water is a prominent feature as the course overlooks the shores Choctawhatchee Bay and incorporates water features on 12 of the holes. Oftentimes golfers will face an intimidating shot across a lake or a pond. Emerald Bay Golf Club's sculpted fairways and tight greens are always in excellent condition. There are four sets of tees that make the golf course accessible to most players' abilities and no matter what skill level you are, the views are not to be missed. The views are especially breathtaking on the back nine, which borders the bay. There is also an expansive driving range at Emerald Bay that golfers can use before playing the golf course.

Great course for the value
This course was great for the value. The ladies tees were a perfect distance for an enjoyable round of golf. The greens were decent and fairways were nice. Mens tee box was a little thin- but still growing in.

Really Fun Course
I have been down in the area for a month and this course was my favorite, the starter was on the ball and paired me up with another group to get started early. A friendly pair running the beverage cart. I saw the most grass in the fairways as I have seen here and the greens rolled true they were fast but not too fast. A most enjoyable day.

Great course
Super slow play. Only got 13 holes in, hard to justify almost 100$ green fees and can’t finish a round. But other than that the course has a great layout and is beautiful.

Needs some tender loving care
Pretty scruffy right now. Not greening up as fast as other courses. Too many thin spots in greens.
