About
Located right along the water, Emerald Bay Golf Club was designed by Bob Cupp to be Destin's premier full-service, 18-hole championship course. Water is a prominent feature as the course overlooks the shores Choctawhatchee Bay and incorporates water features on 12 of the holes. Oftentimes golfers will face an intimidating shot across a lake or a pond. Emerald Bay Golf Club's sculpted fairways and tight greens are always in excellent condition. There are four sets of tees that make the golf course accessible to most players' abilities and no matter what skill level you are, the views are not to be missed. The views are especially breathtaking on the back nine, which borders the bay. There is also an expansive driving range at Emerald Bay that golfers can use before playing the golf course.

great course
the course was in good shape for the time of year.the group they teamed me with was great which is very important to me.had a great time. if I was going to knock anything it would be not very many places to use the bathroom

Not worth it
Not sure how this is a 4.5 rating.
The front 9 is almost an executive course level, we were laughing because we didn’t know where fairway and rough was. No difference. We spent $45 to play and still wouldn’t go back.

Great experience considering the time of year
My 5 star is taking winter into consideration. Greens rolled pretty well, few wet spots in fairways from the recent rain so it was cart path only on holes 1 & 9. Not a big deal. Very busy day and still got around in just over 4 hours. Hope to play again and see it in prime condition.

Good Layout
It was a cool day, wind out of the north.
Got cold later. Loved the layout but it was cart path only. Had a lot of rain the day before.
Had to carry extra clubs to the ball every time even with GPS.
Overall a good day.

Greens slick, but ball rolls true. Grass on fairways a big plus.

Excellent Track
Always play when I am in PCB, it is a first class golf course. Greens are smooth and have good speed. Great layout!

Cold Day in Fla
We had been rained out the first 2 days of my brothers visit to Destin and were glad to get a round in. Started around 2:15 and got 16 holes in before dark. Course was still a little wet in spots but in great shape. Had a great time and everyone at the course were great. will be back!
