Several greens had issues. Some poa made them bumpy.

The greens were filled with poanna grass making it difficult to putt. Should have been treated prior to this.

Tee boxes need work. Fairway grass still a little thin. Greens were aerated and sanded, but rolled good.

About half the greens had hard pack sand in big spots,

had to take relief ON GREENS

Tee boxes were no better

Nice layout course. Fairways were in ok shape

Played a better maintained course in Panama City beach for $20 less

Greens and tee boxes were not in the best of shape for the price

Feels like this was a premier course 30 years ago and it is stuck in time. The course conditions are terrible to be honest. There were big patches of missing grass on the greens. There were a few holes the greens were ok but not too many. This is a muni course that charges over a 100 a round. There are so many better options within 2 miles to play rather than this course.

For a $100 plus course the greens are awful. They barely have any grass on them and the ones that do are full of poa seed heads

Greens are better than average, fairways good, but tee boxes in serious need of attention. Paid $90+ for the round on a deal which was fair and wouldn't pay more

Fairways were in decent shape but the greens were not up quality to justify the amount of green fees. Many greens had sand where there should have been grass.

Been playing Emerald Bay for 20 years. By far the worst shape I have ever seen. Putting clock barely usable, most greens were trash and several tee boxes were sand with little or no grass.

The staff was very nice. The course has many good holes and is a good layout. The real beef comes with the fairways being wet and the greens being average at best. This makes the overall experience being average.

Very rough conditions. Not sure if it’s because of the time of year but wowza, pretty poor shape from tee to green.
