Staff were great. Pace of play was great, albeit a Monday morning tee time so that's expected. Greens were rough. Not $100 /round greens at all.

Practice green set the tone of our expectations of the greens on the golf course.

Poa Annua and black fungus covered most of the greens which made for difficult putting.

We all thought for the cost of playing this course the greens should have been in better shape.

Recommend not a good course if your serious about your golf game or betting.

Pretty solid course all in all. The only thing that was kind of annoying was some of the patches of grass on the greens. I know spring just started but I'm excited to come back sometime this summer to see if they have made any changes with it.

Greens are unputtable. No grass on tees. Pretty funny to see them get 200 golfers to play here every day with these conditions. Pretty sad to think this is what Destin has to offer these golfers.

The lay out of this course is good and it has some challenging holes. The front 9 is in rough shape, both greens and fairways. The back is much better.

Have played this course 1-2 times a year for 5 yrs. 5yrs ago it was beautiful, green and plush. Really nice. On 3/18/2025 the course was in terrible shape. The practice range literally had only dirt to hit off and was restricted to 7 and shorter because some netting needed repair. The tee boxes had numerous bare spots as did the greens. The greens had considerable weeds and fungus, Too bad they have let this beautiful course fall into such disrepair.

The staff is excellent; helpful, polite and willing to help where they can. The big complaint would be the tee boxes and greens were worn out well beyond "winter time" conditions. Some greens were so decrepit that the ball had to be moved yards away from where it stopped because it would be impossible to put through the dirt and torn up grass. I played here around the same time of year last year and don't recall these poor conditions (else I wouldn't have played even at a discount). Hopefully they'll put some money and work to improve conditions in the very near future.

Way over priced for the condition the course is in.

Very poor golf cart paths. Heaving concrete throughout the path.

Extremely poor green maintenance. Lots of bare dirt and winter kill. Fairways were also poor in maintenance. Lots of bear spots and weeds.

All and all, a really disappointing afternoon of golf on a $100.00 course that needs lots of maintenance.

Great layout but tee boxes, fairways and greens are in very poor condition. Tee boxes are bare, lack of grass in fairways and the greens have some kind of weed growing all over making them very bumpy. Not worth the money.

The greens are awfull with weeds; no grass in many places on fairways.

Overall, this course has been neglected!
