Break 90
Fantastic 18 hole course with some tricky pin locations, fast, well kept greens. The staff are welcoming and approachable.
Beautiful scenery throughout.
Photo from the 1st hole par 5.
Nort Wales Tour of Courses #11
Excellent Course fantastic Greens signature hole #16 great hole deffo play it again in the future easy access from M56 coming from Liverpool way paid £25 at Ipm on a sunday Golf now bargain.
Good variety of holes
It's an interesting course and, despite the fact that the ground was quite hard due to the very dry period, the course was in good condition. I like the variety of holes on offer.
Northop Golf
This is a course that has a lot of potential. Some good holes and well designed. Unfortunately let down by the poor greens. Quite a lot of weeds and moss. They had just treated them but in comparison to other courses in the area they are a long way behind. It’s a shame as I was thinking of joining but have now joined another instead.
Welsh day out
Nice layout. Greens in poor condition. Course badly needing water.(like many courses).
Slow play but good course
Played on a weekend in the afternoon with good weather. Course layout was good with some holes not needing the driver from the tee. Greens were in really good condition but tee boxes were average. Relatively flat course with interesting holes. The only issue we had was a member and their young child had tee’d off right behind us which in turn we let them through causing extremely slow play. There was a society in front of them however if they’d not jumped on right behind us we would have kept up nicely with the society in front. Guessing they were members that hadn’t booked a tee time and thought they’d slip in but at one point there were 2 groups on the tee behind us. Made the day very slow and tarnished the round however I would go back and play the course as this can happen at most places. All in all would recommend a round here
Northop
Course was in excellent condition. It was my first time playing here for several years, and noticed a number of improvements which have defined the layout better than previously. To improve further would suggest that the level of sand in the bunkers be reviewed.
monday round
couldnt beleive how quiet it was for a monday lunch time round . the course is good for high handicap players as a few par 4s are easliy reached in 2 shots . a few holes make you think and some easy . only isuue i have is if your new to the course there isnt enough information around the course getting from hole to hole . got lost around the houses but apart from that had a great round even if it did rain for 3 holes . would recommend this course for a nice round of golf not too hard
Mail men
Excellent course well organised club facilities and friendly welcome from staff and members
