Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

On the lower end of immaculateness but priced accordingly. Great people very laid back informal family friendly golf course.

Augusta this is not. But it is a great value round. I paid half of what I paid for my other two rounds in this area during vacation week. It is in the worst shape by far BUT it is very playable. You will find some bare spots on fairways and greens but everything is mowed and trimmed to be as consistent as possible. The staff was the BEST of any of the courses that week. Friendly and inviting. And that did help offset some of the on course issues. Paired with 3 strangers who were good people and made good conversation was also a plus. I am a single digit handicap who loves to make friends and have good conversation and this course had that. I will go back when in the area.

Course NEEDS Attention! Bridge Planks were Rotted and Loose as you drove over them. Greens and Tee’s were terrible and looked like a Concrete Truck ran over them.

Worst course I have ever played in 20 years. I usually do not leave bad reviews but this is one exception I have to leave.

Staff in Office was like take it or leave it.

This course is friendly to the beginner and average golfer. Good place to play with the kids. The course is greatly in need of substantial updates. Greens, fairways and tee box’s are thin to mostly bare. Wood bridges are in need or repair. Even the parking lot looks like the pot holes in Michigan. Golf cart GPS is nice addition but the carts need updating. The kid’s running the carts and bag drop were very friendly and working hard to turn around carts for the waiting golfers.

Course condition were horrific. Best part of Seascape is their golf carts(GPS screen) and they are cheaper than a lot of the local courses, but for $15 cheaper, I could play at Eglin AFB public course and deal with equally horrific conditions.

Delapetated- shoring on water greens is/has been failing for sometime; greens were in disrepair.

Quite the adventure

There aren't very many moderately priced courses in the area and I enjoy playing average-in-difficulty courses. I liked the layout and the pace of play. The people that I was paired with were polite and friendly. My main issue with the course was the lack of maintenance and upkeep. A few of the greens were in poor shape with dirt in some areas. The cart paths all have big bumps at the end of them. The bridges are rickety I'm sure one of these days a cart will fall through one of them. Overall, I enjoyed both my rounds playing there.

Good short layout but no money being put in this course.

Location is great for those visiting the beaches. Just don’t expect smooth greens or manicured fairways.

Very poor condition, fairways & greens..Ready to buil. condos on property so not being maintained.. Disgustingr restroom on front 9.;none on back. Friendly staff.

The tee boxes were poorly marked. The cart paths would randomly end and pick back up someone else. Couldnt tell the difference between fairway and rough. Greens were half green half dirt. I was told they have sold and are turning the front nine into commercial. That doesnt give them the right to continue to take peoples money for a poor product. Reduce your rates to $25 and be honest with people.

Don't think the course matched my GPS on several holes. Despite that, we enjoyed the course, and found the Par 3's particularly challenging.

greens need to be upgraded

otherwise a fun course and more economical compared to other courses
