About
The golf course at Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis winds through a series of freshwater and coastal dune lakes, naturally making water a prominent feature on the course. It comes into play on fifteen of the 18 holes. Besides the shimmering blue waters, the golf course is accented by the tall pines that blanket the softly rolling hills. The strategic placement of the greens and hazards require some careful maneuvering and accuracy. The course provides a fair challenge that is made all the more difficult by the distracting scenery, which includes views from most of the holes that stretch to the Gulf of Mexico. Golfers who are short on time have the option of a nine-hole round in the afternoons. In addition to the golf course, Seascape Resort also offers a grass driving range and two practice greens.

Terrible condition course
Even at $40 waste of money. Most Greens where brown, full of holes. No grass on fairways, poorpy marked, cart paths are treacherous. Only good thing were carts had gps, course details.
Fallen on hard times?
Most greens have mange. Fairway grass what’s that. Cart paths dangerous at times.
Overall the course is in a decline back to a natural state.
We played here three years ago and that’s why we came back.
Will not make that mistake again.
Rest rooms
Rest room on the first nine out of order now for couple of weeks. No Rest rooms on back course. Need to get Porta pottys,
We enjoy the course. Paths are in rough shape. Fairways could have been better as the greens.
Club house sure needs some attention. Ceiling falling down, toilets are loose & rocking.
Definitely needs some attention.
Seascape
Greens,about half had no grass,the others were ok,other than pin placements,,man,why put them in them places
A value on the Emerald Coast
Seascape is on of the few reasonably priced courses in the area; however, the fairways and greens are in need of renovation. Rumor has it the course will be replaced with condos soon and no improvements will be made in anticipation of its closure.
not worth playing
Tees fairways & greens all in poor condition. I usually play gold tees, but they were extremely short (less than 5000yds) so moved to whites. Not worth the money they charge. Charge extra $7 for range balls & range only 150ish yards deep, can’t use woods
You get what you pay for.
This is a perfect example of a course with no competition. The only thing they have to sell is location. Combine that with the fact that soon it will be replaced by condos and you get an ownership philosophy that will take your money if you are stupid enough to give it to them for as long as they can.
All that notwithstanding, I'm one of those stupid enough to give it to them. The course is a mile from where I stay and morning tee times are plentiful. The only thing I would recommend to the management, at least put a few clean porta potties out on the course for the ladies.
