About
The golf course at Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis winds through a series of freshwater and coastal dune lakes, naturally making water a prominent feature on the course. It comes into play on fifteen of the 18 holes. Besides the shimmering blue waters, the golf course is accented by the tall pines that blanket the softly rolling hills. The strategic placement of the greens and hazards require some careful maneuvering and accuracy. The course provides a fair challenge that is made all the more difficult by the distracting scenery, which includes views from most of the holes that stretch to the Gulf of Mexico. Golfers who are short on time have the option of a nine-hole round in the afternoons. In addition to the golf course, Seascape Resort also offers a grass driving range and two practice greens.

Seascape needs work
$70 course, heck no. Greens were pathetic!!!! Made the most of it, but never again.
Seascape
8 am tee time and played in 3 hours.
Friendly staff. Greens fairly fast, but several in poor condition. Overall course conditions only fair. May be the reason price is lower.
The front 9 was in bad condition
As above, the back 9 was in better condition. You could barely find the colors for the Tee markers, some paint was gone altogether, some tee boxes were missing
Conditions
Greens were great. Fairways rough but no worse than other courses in the area.
Very old course
Very old course with what appears to be a significant lack of maintenance. All the water ponds give us a really bad odor.
Many really strange holes
But it is very inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.
Do not spend your money
In town for the holidays and hoping to play a couple of nice courses. I have to say this is one of, if not the worst, course I’ve ever played. Some of the tee boxes were like sand traps, balls hit in the fairway were still likely to end up on stretch of dead grass. Some of the greens were laughably ugly. I would not suggest you spend your money here.
Poor condition.
Visited the area in December. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I think the were happy to see anybody there. The front nine are in terrible shape. The back nine are somewhat better. Looks like the course is in bad need of some maintenance money.
