This course had very poor cart paths if you could locate them, cart was extremely worn, torn seats and upholstery, too many ads popped up on gps screen while trying to figure out hole distances, unpleasant odor smelled like sewage on most of holes,

Tee markers were difficult to identify, conditions of greens were very poor, pitted, bare ares of grass, fairway grass skimpy in many areas. Made the best of it but would not play it for free even

This is the worse course I’ve played in over 30 years of golfing! Save your money, go to the beach with your bride.

The course is great by design and has tons of potential, but it is poorly maintained. Lots of dead patches in fairways and the greens are almost unplayable on some holes.

Staff were incredibly friendly, course was a goat ranch. If you are just looking to go hack it and don’t play golf then by all means go here for $30. But, if you’re looking to actually play a round of golf, good luck at this place. Go spend a little more money and play somewhere that has grass on their greens and fairways.

Enjoyed playing the course I wish I could have used my driver and woods at the driving range could only use irons because of a wall at the end of the range ,and greens were a little ruff do to maintenance . I would definitely play again you can’t beat the price

Great layout, mostly well maintained, but greens are gone. Only place for golf less than $50 on this side of the bay. We played it like newly punched and sanded greens at home : automatic 2 putts once you found the green. Still a great time considering the green conditions!

It was bad. Little grass on tee boxes, fairways, or greens. Some of the greens actually had more dirt that grass.

It was a bad experience. The course itself is in terrible condition. The tee boxes have little grass, the fairways have huge patches of sand with little grass and the greens are mostly dirt. The course is very hard to navigate and figure out where the next tee box is. I play golf 4 to 5 days a week and this is one of the worst courses I have ever played. The club house guy was nice and helpful telling me where the first tee box was but that was it. The condition explained why there were only a few people on the course.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Greens were not in good shape. Some of the wooden bridges could be safety hazards.

Basically, the title says it all. This course has potential but, as it was on the day I played, it was subpar. The course needs some money invested in it and some TLC and it would be a great course, in my opinion. There are some fun holes to play with some risk/reward shots. I was very surprised the course wasn't in good shape. The staff was very friendly though. I hope this course is updated b/c it would be really fun to play if it was fixed up and maintained.
