Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

Clearly, this course is in a state of transition. They’ve reduced it to only 9 holes as a new condo has claimed the front 9 and the holes are not marked out very well. This was the first time we played here and got delayed because we didn’t have clear direction to the 13th tee box. Some holes were very beautiful and challenging, and well laid out. Most of the course fairways and greens were in poor condition, but playable. The golf cart paths were broken up and very rough. Just be prepared when you play here for a few challenges. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and drinks were available at the bar inside with again, a very helpful and courteous server.

Course is in terrible shape I honestly think it’s closing there’s just no way a course can be that bad if they plan on staying open

I shoot in the 90s so I’m not being a snob; I’m not even that good obviously. This course sucks! Tee boxes are weeds, greens are dying, not a single hole even has a marker. Wouldn’t go back for free…. Don’t bother wasting your time with this course

Only 9 of the 18 holes are actually available for play as there is much construction going on on the front half of the course. This course offers a nice layout with a great pace of play. As others have said, don't expect Emerald Isles, but for the money it was very enjoyable to hack around!

This course was a little rough, but as it was my first time playing this year, the 9 holes was priced right. Facilities are a little rough, but price was great.

I paid $31. For nine holes, I was the first one off today the course is not in good shape. The green have a lot of dead spots they just cut the grass in the fairways and have clumps of grass everywhere. The holes are not marked. A driving range would have been better.

Worth the $23 to get to play a quick round. For $23 I was hoping for the best but expecting to get what I paid for. Course had a ton of potential and hope it will get back on track after construction. Maybe they will at least get the greens to decent shape in the near future. Overall, I’ll play it again.

Played 9 here five days in a row, this was my fifth round. Staff is great. Looking forward to next years trip to the area. Two years in a row of playing here. Nice putting green as well.

I played here with my sons who are new to the game. While some of the greens were not in the best of conditions they seemed to roll true and were fast which allowed my group an excellent chance to play . This is not a destination golf course but the value for the price was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our outing and I will definitely play here again. For those who’ve found it necessary to leave terrible reviews, I will have to definitely disagree. This is not a 200.00 round of golf and you shouldn’t expect 200.00 a round conditions.
