Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

This course is scheduled to close soon- the front nine is already closed and the back(only) nine is not being up-kept at all… other than cutting the grass- greens are unplayable. It’s inexpensive for a reason but the listing does not clarify this! Poor experience using the GolfNow app!!

Yeah, course conditions are not great, but you are paying a low fee/tate for a not great conditions course. Other local courses are upwards of $150 per round per person, so for new golfers or those who don’t want to pay a lot (we were looking at $500-$600 for other local pristine courses), you get what you get.

We didn’t even finish playing. We played 3 holes hoping the next hole would get better and it did not. The greens are 90% dead and it felt like the course was abandoned, only 1 other cart on the course. This place needs to shut down rather than taking golfers money and acting like nothing is wrong.

Greens were fast and in okay shape. Cart’s have GPS. Great value for 9-holes.

Seascape ought to be sued for charging to play this dog track. They ought to pay you. The greens are impossible to putt on.

Golf Now advertises 18 holes...bait and switch, it's only 18. Plus the description is total fake news.

They are renovating in the future, if they began today it would be too late.

It might almost be worth playing here to be able to say you’ve played the worst course in Destin. It used to be ok for the money, but they have clearly stopped caring. The fairways are about half grass and half hardpan. The grass on the greens (where it exists at all) is best described as assorted varieties of Bermuda, St. Augustine and Centipede. The water on the course looks like it might be toxic so I wouldn’t fish any balls out if I were you unless you want a dose of flesh eating bacteria to go with your round of golf.

Seascape has never been great, but it has fallen even lower because of the construction. You’d think they could do better with only 9 holes to keep up. Obviously the golf course is not important to the developers.

I played this course many years ago when it was an 18-hole layout. It wasn't the greatest then, but it was in decent shape. Yesterday, I played the 9 holes left from the original course, and it was real cow pasture. In fact, saying such a thing is an insult to a cow pasture. The fact the owners of this course has allowed this property to get in this condition is a disgrace. All nine greens are completely gone, and the fairways are marginal at best. Luckily, I just wanted to hit a few and have a walk in the park, but I certainly didn't expect what I encountered. I am a local, but I will never go back!!

I find that even though the condition of this course has drastically gotten worse. For those golfers who either live in or visit the Destin Fla area. Seascape does provide fun golf for those non serious golfers or beginners just learning the game. For the serious golfer who doesn’t want to spend a right arm playing in the Destin area. It does give you a chance to practice hitting your clubs, and the layout is actually one of the best in the panhandle. Greens are awful so no practice there.

Funniest thing to me was when I went back to pro shop after first hole to ask for a refund, the only response I got was “well what did you expect for $30 with a cart included??”

The course is now 9 holes and is in terrible shape. Fairways are non-existent and the greens are horrible....would really like a refund. for the hours I wasted there :(

Seascape is a good course for someone looking to play fun golf. The course is not

for the serious golfer looking for plush greens and fairways.

For the price to play only 9 holes, 25.99 for green fees… the Greens were worse than playing in someone’s back yard. Absolutely would not recommend. Staff were cool but all in all the course was trashy

The parking lot looked abandoned, the grounds around the pro shop were unkept. When we pulled up we weren’t even sure we were at the right place. Most of the fairways were sand or dirt, not even identifiable as a fairway. The greens were not puttable (see photos). It was so bad I will be petitioning Golf Now for a refund. If you are a serious golfer DO NOT play this course!

It's only a 9 holes golf course now, because they completely closed the front 9 due to the upcoming upgrades on the land property. The greens and fairways were OK to go work on your game. The staff were super nice and friendly...

If you are looking to just gt some practice in, this is the course for you. The greens are really really bad on some holes and very nice on others. The course is in a great and easy to get to location and the staff is very nice. For the money, we decided to play here instead of hitting balls at the range, and we will def do it again. For $18 I can't complain to much.
