Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

great staff, price was great for the area, but course was undergoing renovation so it wasn't in the best of shape. The layout was good, but a little short and greens were rough

Played Seascape this morning and it was in terrible shape. Green speed was different in each whole, half the holes look like they are being worked on and should be shut down, the 8th fairway was sand 100 yards into the green.

This course is HORRIBLE! Stay away. The pictures sell you a dream. Conditions are deplorable and staff gives you no warning, takes your $$$$ and the the “oh yeah”

Never Again… this should be listed as a public free course.

I don't know why all the reviews are so negative. I am a bogey golfer (only started this summer), and i came here and shot 89/71, whilst having a great solo round, coming in from out of town.

The course was fun, a lot of tricky doglegs that you can cut gaps if you attempt to be aggressive. Some water involved in a lot of the holes, and the staff was freaking awesome.

They let me start early and play the entire 18 in under 2 hours. Overall i give this a 10/10. Maybe not the best conditions but i am a-okay with that. I paid 20$

Have played this course before and it wasn't in any better shape then. Years ago it was in very good shape. At some point the greens got patchy. I can't imagine paying full price and finding the course in this condition. We continue to come back off and on to see if conditions have improved. At this point we will likely drive further distance to play a course in better shape. The staff was very nice.

Seascape has obviously seen better days. Tees and greens were lacking turf and need a lot of TLC. I understand many holes have been altered to accommodate neighboring real estate development, leaving quite a few peculiar layouts. But if you just need to get out and play, tether your expectations and try Seascape.

Cool weather kept golfers away so I was able to complete 18 holes in two and a half hours.

However, I found the greens to be in rough shape: generally thread-bare of turf. The tees were uncut and shaggy. Cart path bridges were falling apart. Please put some money into the maintenance and upkeep of this course!

This was without a doubt the worst golf course that I have ever played. The conditions are terrible.

If they charged $10 it would be worth it just to swing. But they are in a transition to a 9 hole and are not maintaining the course at all. Never saw greens and fairways that bad before.

I've played this course at least a couple of dozen times, and i'm sad to say that it seems to be on its way out. The entire course is now in very bad condition, especially the greens; more of a goat ramchh than a golf course. The tea box markers were inconsistent and often missing. On multiple holes there were running sprinklers in the fairway, which made it interesting to try and dodge getting soaked while being able to play your ball.
