Great value at £25.

Good practice/warm up facilities, bar and food good.

Course is having some work done but apart from those areas it was in good condition. A good mix of long and short holes and the 17th is a cracker.

Enjoyed the day and would recommend but found pace of play quite slow today just thank my lucky stars that the fourball in front of us were in buggies or we might still be there!

What a great course and the staff and members were so friendly. Pity that it’s only playing from the 4th tee. Already booked to play again this weekend.

Last minute find, to play on way back from golf trip to Wales. What a great place. The course and greens were in very good condition. The website description of the holes doesn't do it justice. In particular, the first 5 holes were all so different and a great test without being too difficult. Even the flat holes had a little bit to each of them, and then the 17th and 18th were a great finish. Very very enjoyable and a cert to play next time in the area.

Also a bargain at £25. Would happily pay more.

The course played really well and I thought it was in great condition, couple of temps as expected for the time of year. Majority of the greens where ok, soft and bobbley in places but can see them being challenging once the warmer weather kicks in. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to challenge parts of there golf game fair few blind holes which makes for a good test. Staff where friendly and helpful. Top course 👍🏼

I absolutely love playing this golf course it was a pity about the cold wet weather and a bit boggy in parts but when it's dry and warm it's lovely there..Thanks stephen.h

£18 each. A warm welcome from the lovely lady in the shop. Lovely views. Mostly dry. A varied and challenging course. Friendly members. And a cart washing station at the very end so the car isn't filthy.

WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE!?

And to top it off, on my 5th ever 18 holes, I broke 100 with a score of 97!

We'll be back again - several times per year!

Would definitely join as a member if it weren't for the fact I live 35 minutes away Widnes and work awkward split shifts during the week.

Course is in fantastic condition for the time of year.

Greens are perfect.

Would certainly recommend a visit.

First time playing the course, holding up well given time of year and recent rain compared to others. Good layout with bit of mix short and longer holes.

Only downside was the longer cut for fairways and the leaves causing havoc trying to find balls off the fairway but to be expected this time of year.

For the price excellent value.

I have played this course earlier in the year & enjoyed it this was summer so all 18 holes open there was 13 open today I paid £13.99 October rain been bad I think that's a fair price to get us all out weather was nice but pace of play from the women 4 balls was a joke 15 mins I waited on 18 for them to hack it around I'm bad at golf but if I duff one or 2 pick up take double par and respect other people or even better let me past! Nice course though would play again

Nice course nice condition except for all the leaves on the floor were the big trees are. It was hard finding your golf balls amongst them. I'll be definitely be playing course again highly recommended.

Nice course and friendly staff. 3 holes closed due to heavy rain but that's golf in the UK.

Fantastic day on a brilliant golf course which is not to difficult but challenging in parts.

Unfortunately there were 18 temps on due to maintenance. We booked the evening before, there was no indication of maintenance on golf now or on the club website. We teed off at 10:40 so I would have expected a courtesy phone call that morning to inform us of the temp situation, we would have postponed the round and accepted a voucher to play when the course was fully open. However they let us show up to play an unplayable course.
