Course in great order greens have just been scarified and top dressed a little slow but true will be great in a few days after the hot spell of weather

Great course first 3 holes very hilly then levels out. Green were in good nic very fast each hole had you thinking and you had to be straight or you are in trouble. Overall had a great afternoon

I couldn’t have had a warmer welcome from the pro and members at Old Padeswood. Course was challenging with a number of long par 4s playing even longer into a prevailing westerly wind, albeit the gusts helping on all four of the par 5 holes that run in the opposite direction. Highlight hole would be the undulating par 5 17th. Greens and bunkers were mostly in a great condition, and the course is superb value at £25 twilight rate in summer.

Great course, great condition, great tee boxes with greens true and fast. Really nice golf with enjoyable wildlife on the course.

I was a past member and I would have to say its the best I've seen the course , well worth the green fee. Would recommend .

I’m a beginner golfer and attempted this course at 6:30pm. Great playing conditions, phenomenal course layout and some challenging shots for most players I’d imagine. Managed to compete 15 holes before it became too dark and due to the tee time we didn’t manage to see any staff etc. I’ll definitely be back very soon!

We visited the club today to play an open competition we found our visit from start to finish was exemplary we were greeted at the pro shop by two lovely ladies who were very helpful and after the 9th hole there was a refreshments she’d ran by the ladies section were tea.coffee was available for a small donation we found the course to be in excellent condition so the greens staff must be complimented for they’re efforts at the clubhouse there was plenty of choices of beers and a variety of meals available with a warm welcome from the bar/waiting on staff all round an excellent day we look forward to another visit very soon

Course in excellent condition. Some challenging holes which call for a bit of creativity. Staff very friendly. Good service in bar afterwards with food and drink at good value for money.

Good practice/warm up facilities, bar and food good.

Course is having some work done but apart from those areas it was in good condition. A good mix of long and short holes and the 17th is a cracker.

Enjoyed the day and would recommend but found pace of play quite slow today just thank my lucky stars that the fourball in front of us were in buggies or we might still be there!

What a great course and the staff and members were so friendly. Pity that it’s only playing from the 4th tee. Already booked to play again this weekend.

Last minute find, to play on way back from golf trip to Wales. What a great place. The course and greens were in very good condition. The website description of the holes doesn't do it justice. In particular, the first 5 holes were all so different and a great test without being too difficult. Even the flat holes had a little bit to each of them, and then the 17th and 18th were a great finish. Very very enjoyable and a cert to play next time in the area.

Also a bargain at £25. Would happily pay more.
