The Hideaway Country Club

This is the best Executive Course in the area. It has very difficult par 5es and more par 4es than most executive courses. It is in excellent condition and very pleasing to the eye. The fairways are plush and the greens are very well maintained.

Outstanding course that is impeccably groomed. It's challenging but fair and it plays in less than 2 1/2 hrs. A really good deal for the price, and the lunch is superb. The staff treats everyone graciously.

Great little course with plenty of distance for an Executive. I normally can't stand Executive courses but this one is exeptional. There are no more than 2 par three holes in a row. Plenty of par fours and a couple par fives to break it up. The conditions were second to none in the area. The staff was very informative and inviting. Exellent experience all around. My only regret was that I was unable to sample the Beef Short Rib sandwich on the Lunch menu as the restaruant is not open on Sunday's. Will return on a Saturday for an other great round of golf and some lunch.

Another couple , wife and myself played 18 holes in about 3.5 hrs, then had a great lunch. Really enjoyed this course for all reasons ,staff,conditions,somewhat challenging,pleasant atmosphere.will be back.

This is a short course, you might consider leaving the driver in the car. The greens were recently aerated, but we did not notice too much effect on our putts. I will certainly play this course again, and recommend it

The fairways look like a green carpet, absolutely outstanding and impeccably groomed.

Most courses around here are a little rough around the edges after a busy winters play, but not this one. This course was a real pleasure to play. It is not only in pristine condition but is also very challenging. Well placed shots are a must on many holes with 90 degree doglegs and water hazards. The staff was very friendly and explained the summer lunch specials offered at the club. No matter what skill level you are this course will not disappoint.

I could not believe the fantastic conditions of the course. I am a native South Floridian and have not encountered greens and fairways with such beautiful grass. I recommend everyone to at least play this course once. You will be sure to play again.

Best facility I have played on in Florida in many years. The condition of the fairways, tee boxes and greens were outstanding.
The staff was attentive and the pro walked out to the first tee and pointed out some things to look out for on the first 3 holes as we were getting ready to tee off.
In 40 years of golf it takes a lot to surprise me......I was happily surprised and will try to play this course again......soon.

Excellent conditions from tee boxes to fairways to greens. Best I have ever played on.

The condition of the course was absolutely excellent. Since this was my first time at this facility the person in the pro shop actually took the time to point out the rest rooms, where to get ice/water, and was very helpful. Will return to play this course again. Nice !

I just love this golf course and I try to play it regularly. It is not very long and fairly easy but in a great condition.The greens are well manicured and everything is in a perfect condition. You normally get round the course in under three hours and can then enjoy a nice lunch - at least you could do that last year - this year I did not yet have the time to stay for lunch. Everybody should play it at least once.

I was totally surprised with the conditions of the fairways and especially the greens and the tees. I recall this course as feeling like a pasture with very rough roughs. the boundaries were secured with the vintage post and rail fences. I'm not certain if I remember if there were cattle close-by. It certainly has a new face where it is a pleasure to play and socialize thereafter.

Hideaway CC recently underwent a $2,000,000 renovation and it shows!! After booking our 8:30am tee time for just $28.00, our expectations weren't super high. But, man oh man were we surprised when we showed up and hit the first tee.

The tees and fairways were literally in "tour quality" condition. Between the excellent condition and the challenging, yet fair par 67 layout, it made for an awesome round with buddies!

I think that Hideaway CC is "hands down" the best value in SW Florida on Golfnow.com!

The Hideaway delivered on a great golf experience. The course is remarkably pristine everywhere. The greens were perfect and appropriately challenging. I would definitely recommend this course to all levels of golfers.
