Good day nice course conditions fine fast fair greens too!

A windy day throughout Phoenix made for challenging playing conditions. The wide fairways helped even though several holes played really long. Greens were.fast and fairways firm. Active CC with good golf for value. Played a 1 pm shotgun for second time, and as before played in four hours,YES!

Course in nice shape overall -post overseeding season. Very nice driving range and putting green for warm up.
Staff courteous, friendly and competent throughout.
Clubbed down as greens, while fast, were not holding scoring irons - so suggest you go down a club and expect some roll out.
Group in front lost pace, but ranger stepped them up mid round, and thus we were through our 18 in just over 4 hours; Very good for a weekend mid day round.

This course is one of my favorites in NW Phoenix. Lots of bunkers but friendly mounding helps. Excellent greenskeeper shows everywhere. Greens can be very challenging depending on pin placement. Not too many hazards to carry from the tees so higher handicap players will appreciate this. Lots of cold water dispensers. Great staff. No bevie cart was the only negative.

Disappointed did not get to play back nine.
Members jumped ahead of me and slow play. Went back and played front nine. had course all to myself. Great.

It started pouring rain, on the 3rd hole, stopped by the 10th. I still managed to shoot 89 on the front, so my thoughts about the course might be biased. However, I really like this layout, and even from the whites it is long enough.

This is the second time I have played Corte Bella and it is now one of my favorite courses to play in the entire Valley of the Sun.

The course is in immaculate condition. The greens roll as true as any as I have ever putted on. The course has an interesting layout but is not tricked out. The fairways are wide and forgiving for those who spray the ball. At $30.00, it is the best value in town - hands down!

The course is in good shape and the surrounding neighborhoods are excellent for a senior community. The nicest Sun City West community I've played in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is that the seniors who live and play out there don't like the "GolfNow" people. Don't expect them to be all that welcoming or friendly.

The course is very well maintained and very forgiving for the average golfer. All skill levels will enjoy this course. You get alot of bang for your buck when you play here.

This was a beautiful course. I will be playing here more often.

I'm 77 yrs of age and usually shoot or beat my age each year (have for last 4 years). Have not yet done so on this course but believe I can. Has tee options for every skill level. Forgiving fairways and a nice layout with plenty of traps (I know cause I got into 4 of them last round) but there is sand in them unlike many of the Phoenix valley courses. It's my kind of layout and more like the courses I played in the midwest.

Excellent hot deal! Condition of course was excellent. Water station great.

The course rewards you for good shots. A lot of bunkers but with accurate shots, they don't hurt you.

i have played here several times and after each time i wonder why don't i play here more often.? nice layout and even with recently aerated greens they weren't that bad. fairways in good shape especially for mid summer in AZ. the staff is friendly
so with a good staff, nice layout, good fairways and decent greens, there are no complaints. will definitely be back

Aerated and sanded greens. Sprinklers were out of control on the driving range, requiring you to change location every 5 or 6 swings. Chipping area was a dirt "green". Wide open fairways and huge greens. Not very interesting layout.

Always play there when we come to AZ, the course is always immaculate, greens were perfect

It was fairly easy to get on during summer play. The greens were in reasonably good condition and the fairways were in really good shape. I found the layout interesting, but not especially challenging. I'm a 13. The 2 fellows I was paired with were extremely cordial, as was the staff. I lost a ball in the signature hole as it hit the green but rolled down into the drink. The value was outstanding.

Course is long for seniors with a multitude of bunkers, friendly staff, great course conditions.

Playing Corte Bella was an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and professional; the golf course was in very good condition, and the course design made for an interesting round of golf. The greens and tee boxes were in excellent condition and the course is heavily bunkered. The sand in the bunkers is consistent and evenly distributed, something that has been lacking on many of the courses I play in the West Valley. I enjoyed the round and will definitely be back.
