Brookside Golf Club - C.W. Koiner Course

It was my first time visiting Brookside, and I don't really leave the review on anything..

Everything was great before I start the round. The staffs were friendly. I know this is nothing to do with the golf course, but the other 2 some golfers joined our game because we were two. I still remember their name because the way they played with and treat us was so rude and disrespectful. I can tell they come Brookside often and they are actually very good. I have no idea how they just hit the ball when we are in front of them and etc. Their names are Spencer and Todd. It was absolutely a terrible experience with playing with them. I think what most important playing golf is fun, isn't it? I want to let the Brookside staffs know their name. SPENCER and TODD. No hate feeling about them, it was just bad experience and felt again that there are so many different people in this melting pot , LA.

Regulars trying to control others game is annoying

I've always appreciated the value of Brookside. And with the intense interest in golf during the pandemic, the course is in surprisingly good shape. I recommend Brookside to anyone.

Unfortunately didn't play#1 course . played #2 little shorter than 1 course .

But little charengerable specially Green speed

Pace of play was super slow on a Sunday afternoon. Brookside is a beautiful facility, however the aerated greens were rolling quite inconsistently.

Course in very good shape, but the greens were perfect. Very fast and flawless.

I played the Nay course on a perfect weather day. Course was in great shape.

Didn 't know the greens were being airrated so there was a lot of sand and small holes which cause the ball to jump and slow speed

Too bad Golf Now didn’t disclose the greens were punched when I booked and shame on Brookside for charging full price with punched and temporary greens on 5 holes.

I have been on this course along with your sister course #1 numerous times.

Now to only see a sign on the window regarding your aerated greens when checking in 10 mins before tee time wasn't exactly convenient as it whether or not I was willing to proceed to play!

Then to charge full price for those conditions on all 18 greens wasn't very fair imo.

I'd really appreciate your feedback on this and what you can do to alleviate the situation.

There was a tournament help on the number 1 course and of course no heads up from Brookside. waited for 20 minutes on the 2nd hole and 30 minutes on the 3 rd hole. Way to go Brookside.
