Getting there
A huge improvement on the greens. While they’re still a little slow, they held the ball well and putts were rolling true.Tee boxes still in need of some TLC. My only complaints for the whole round were no ice in the coolers with water bottles and we apparently finished before the beverage cart started running. There was water in the coolers though, just would have been nice if it were cold. One thing I can’t figure out is why do all the courses down here put straight sand in their divot fillers? Wouldn’t a mix of dirt and grass seed work a whole lot better?

Great golf course
Great course for price. Beautiful and scenic with plenty of shade cover. Friendly staff. Pace of play was unfortunately slow with people not letting faster, smaller parties play through.

Great course, needs a little work.
My wife and I made a stop here on our short trip to Savannah. Course has a great layout and friendly staff, fun and challenging. Some greens need some love, there’s little grass and they roll pretty slow. Other than that, it was an enjoyable round.

Great Value, Poor Scheduling
Overall, this course was in great shape. A few greens had some rough spots, but overall, this was a great value. The course was laid out well and offered some great scoring opportunities for those willing to take aggressive shots. We actually ended up playing there multiple times while in Savannah. The practice range and green were also nice.
The big negative came the last time we played. My group as a foursome would have finished a tidy 3h50m to 4h round, but we were constantly being played into by twosome. The course does a 10 min stagger, which is fine, but put in a 2some, another 2some, a 3 some and a 2some behind us. We are courteous golfer so let the quick small groups play through only to see another right behind them. This really got old quickly. We are not slow players. The course needs to manage this better. It became a huge annoyance. While it was my only complaint, it is a significant one.

Great course just off Route 95
If your are driving on Route 95 and want a nice break for a round of golf this the place!! Nicely kept course, friendly people , good pace of play.

A nice place to stretch your legs
This golf course is conveniently located off the highway so it was a good place to stop while traveling. Course was engaging. Ground played firm and greens were alright, a little on the slow side but nothing horrible. Would definitely play the course again.
