Good course for a quick round of golf
Greens are decent but that's about it. The tees are horrible, fairways are...fair. I liked the free app that shows yardage and the carts are good. I got around by myself in a little over 2 hours, which was nice.
Overpriced unless you get "The Deal."
Good for beginners
This public course is a very good course for your first round. Often not too busy you can take your time and hone in your game. Minimal hazards and all holes are straight lines tee to pin will probably allow you to have personal best rounds. Tee boxes and fairways are in pretty bad in most places. Greens are very well maintained. Staff was helpful and price was great
Nice layout!
Fun little course. Fairways have some bare spots right now but nothing that lift clean and place doesn’t solve. Overall it’s a nice place to get out and play!
The staff
The manger is awesome very professional and kind the stuff is great
Good course for Sunday game
Good course for easy play. Not too many obstacle to hit. Green is pretty decent.
I’ve found my go to course!
I’m new to Jacksonville and looking for a decent course to play. This course met all my requirements to play. The price was affordable, the course was in good condition and had some challenging holes. Looking forward to returning
First time second time
This is my first time playing this course and the second time playing entirely. I played the yards last week. So that’s what I’m comparing too. Price is better for 18 compared to the yards. However little things like cart iPads and no cart girl with drinks. Fairways are decent. It’s a public course and I’m glad we have places to play that are reasonably priced and maintained in an appropriate manner. It’s not saw grass so you get what you pay for as well. Great place to play 9-18 and just enjoy the game. Not someplace you would come to knock off your list of famous courses.
Great track for the price.
Greens and fairways in good shape. Good course for the average Joe.
Good 9-Hole Course!
First time playing and it was enjoyable. The layout is friendly and there were plenty of good holes while not being overly challenging. Greens were a little slow but grass on them and rolled nicely. Overall, I'll be back!
slow play nice course
Very nice fairways due to poor play. greens were a 6.8-10 great grass just many holes. amazing layout water on 4 or 5 holes. pace of play is awful. 2 hrs for 9.
Great Value, Slow Play
Can’t beat the price , conditions are good for price , below average if you like to spend $80+ on rounds normally . Hackers/Beginners course , so if you have a foursome in front of you (which is common) good luck with your 4.5 hour 18 holes. Had bad experience last time with an older man hitting up/OVER us numerous times, despite us clearly being held up by the group in front of us. Will give credit to the staff for talking to the man about it though.
Never a problem getting a golf cart here, can’t say the same for Brentwood
Pleasant surprise
My stepson is getting into golf and wanted to go. We found this as it was close to our home and wanted to give it a try not knowing what we would be walking up to. It was definitely a pleasant experience. Wonderful staff overall would definitely play this course again and definitely recommend to anybody that has a question.
