Deals?
I like this golf course. The staff is friendly, the greens are always nicely maintained. The holes are different -- not cookie-cutter. I just checked GolfNow for a tee time on Sunday the 12th, and there are some good deals -- and some not so good. But $42.50 for a 5:54 pm tee time in December? C'mon guys. That's just silly.

Beautiful landscape with lots of hills and valleys , 18 is really nice with Chestatee river feeding in n to Lanier

Good course
Nice course, friendly people. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the traps. Only course I’ve ever played with this much variation in the traps. Different bunkers, sometimes on the same hole, had either white fluffy sand, brown earth and rock hard cement like conditions.

Overall good except the greens
Good layouts. Fairways are narrower than other places I played before. All were good except the greens. The greens were very bumpy. Couldn’t predict how the balls will roll. Other than that me and my playing partners had a good time.

We called just in case because it rained in the morning. The reservation girl said it was open, so we went just to find out it was closed. No call back or email to let us know it was closed....
