About

Royal Lakes Golf & Country Club is situated in the heart of South Hall County. The course sprawls across 150 acres of rolling countryside with natural wetlands comprising 19 of those acres. The golf course has a traditional Scottish links design that also incorporates a few mountain holes. It's a layout that will always keep you guessing. It may not be the most formidable golf course in the area, but it shouldn't be underestimated either. The course strikes a good balance between being forgiving enough for high handicappers and challenging enough for more advanced players. The par 3s are tough and the diverse par 4s come in all shapes and sizes. Royal Lakes Golf & C.C. is a shot maker's layout that requires accuracy and thoughtful strategy. The most memorable hole on the golf course is the par-5 11th, which features an intimidating island green.

Staff is always super friendly here course layout is really good and in good shape except they did sand the greens. Pace was a little slow cart girl is always nice. Always do enjoy this course.

The course is great.

The greens aren’t very well taken care of. There is random people at holes in the afternoon. Like people come out of their homes in the afternoon and hits golf balls into the green. Kids messing around not even playing on the course.

Greens need attention

Always love the Layout, but was surprised they swapped the 9 holes.

The Good - Staff Great, lay out great , Cart parts repaired.

The Bad Greens some good and some terrible patches.

The Ugly- Price should be $20 less, Why do you close the Bar Grill, we would have bought a few pitchers and maybe some food. This seems like a trend the bar's should stay open until Sunset, WE NEED THE 19th HOLE.

I like playing this course mostly good conditions a few patches on some greens was the only real negative. Nice guy for a starter. Their cart paths are super rough tho. But do like the layout I’ll be back
