The Spruce Creek Preserve Golf Club

Have golfed there many times. Good layout with the trees and sand traps. You have to be paying attention. If you want a back and forth easy course don’t go there. Staff has been working on the course and gets better all the time.

The pro shop is very well organized, getting people out on time, and friendly. The course is interesting and in better condition than others in the area.

Being honest I'd say the fairways need some work. Greens appeared to have been recently aerated and were in great shape. There's a practice range and chipping green. Many courses don't have both. Great for practicing.

Based on some prior reviews, i was pleasantly surprised. Course provides a decent challenge. Some extra weed management needed for fairways. Most greens in decent shape, true to the cut.

Played this course dozens of times over the last decade with my parents because it's next door. It's been in better shape and it's been worse. Every cart has a chunk taken out of the seat where your left leg rests which is odd so you need to take caution it doesn't rip your pants or scratch you. Fairways lack grass right now, greens are playable with only a few spots here and there that need attention. Not worth the price we paid but it was a holiday and usually it's almost half that which is ok for getting out and hitting the ball around. Would love to see the conditions improve to what they once were, it's an enjoyable little layout.

Have played here several times and at the $20 price point a great value. Rough is cut short so no longer a problem finding balls.Good layout with tree lined fairways. Good mix of par 3's and par 5's.Had 10 wings for $10 and they were pretty good

Greens did not recover well from aeration. But not in bad shape. This course was good for the price point.

Course conditions extremely poor but what do you expect for $25? Great fun for some practice but don’t expect decent conditions …$25 should be green few with cart

Spruce Creek Preserve Golf Course is not only a fun course, but it’s also beautiful and a good deal!

We started out being greeted with a smiling and courteous Pro Desk staff!

Grabbed a cart and was happily surprised to find they updated their carts!

Course was busy but no waits! Course is in great condition and greens too!!

The staff there is usually pretty rude, atleast for me. I’m younger than most golfers who play there but most of them live in the neighborhood. Any young person who comes to play golf we are treated like we are not wanted on that course and it isn’t just me, almost all of my friends who have played there said they feel the same way. The pace of play is ridiculous, they will let groups of 5-7 play on separate carts and take up as much time as they’d like, I was also actually just charged $40 to play a round yesterday when I usually pay the normal $27. Terrible public course, with terrible staff who have terrible manners. Never again.

The course is in much better condition than the last time I played

The course is not in the best shape, but everyone is very friendly and they are working on it. The condition is much improved since I played there a couple years ago.
