Nice
The staff was very Friendly and helpful. The course is a nice lay out for old school Florida. The course itself needs some TLC. It can be turned into a gem.

Some of the greens are in need of attention. If you play there then I'm sure you know which ones. Some of the tee boxes could also use some repair time. Your signature hole waterfall probably hasn't seen consistent water in a while (repair that as well). Trim some of the overhanging branches that impede some tee boxes. A golfer should be able to use the box without having to stand outside the markers so they avoid those branches.

Needs Improvement
The fairways where overseeded were excellent, however,
the overseeding was not adequate. The greens were all
burnt and dried out, this could have been from over fertilization or lack of water. In either case they were cut
way too short for the conditions.

Pleasant
At the cost point it was what I expected. Nice layout, great staff, nice 19th home. The course conditions need to but it was a great value at the fee we paid.

Great staff, good value for a nice course
This course is a really good value. The course is well maintained. I was paired with a player with experience with the course who shared the tremendous improvements on the greens since the summer. The fairways are beautiful and fun to navigate, very picturesque areas and decent facilities. But the staff is truly a standout. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and cared about the needs of their guests. Will definitely play there again.
