Hmm…not much to say
Had heard the course was improved but it still has a ways to go. Lots of poa in the greens & fairways are sparse. Absolutely love the layout - its a diamond in the rough, just waiting to be polished.

Slow play
Staff wanted to be helpful but was stretched past his ability. I showed up 1/2 hr early and needed to go almost immediately. I played with a guy playing the blues, I played the silvers, and we had to wait and played a 4 1/2 hr round. None of us were able to get a rhythm. Only one green was in bad shape. That waa forgivable knowing that some things can be out of our control.
I like this course. I will return. I like not having my pace limited.
Horrible Management
SC has league play seven days a week. I don’t understand why they would have available tee times if they are having league play daily. Unless you want to play a 4 1/2 or 5 hour round then play somewhere else during snow bird season..

Like playing there but the course needs work
Course needs some love and attention. Greens are getting bad. That would be my biggest concern.

Love the course but sad conditions
Loved this course .. really nice layout and beautiful but the conditions less than ideal. Some of greens were just awful, no way to putt across fairways were ok but a lot of bare spots

Overall pretty good
This course gets a lot of bad reviews in my opinion it was a great value I enjoyed it nice challenge a couple greens needed saving and the guy up front just mumbled when I was checking out but I had an amazing time playing the course

Enjoyed the layout and beauty of course!
We really enjoyed the layout of the course as well as how beautiful it was. Is a great course also for beginning to intermediate golfers due to the length.. The conditions however were less than desirable. Some of greens had actual ruts in them, and a lot of bare bumpy spots and a lot of bare spots on the fairways
