Late afternoon Don’t do it
Don’t sign up for the disc rate for early evening- they close the course around you
It’s hard enough to find the horseshoe your teeing of of but they pull them up while you are actively playing?
There should be a note before you reserve in golf now that tells you am this is going to happen.
The course is not well kept and has not been for a long time l, but tonite for the price I couldn’t pass it up.

Good Value
Good value for the price, with cart 20$.
Unfortunately the driving range was not accessible and the greens where very slow.
But nice to play and friendly.

It was a very nice course and would definitely play it again
Has Potential - Good Value
If you’re a high handicap golfer, bring lots of balls.
The fairways are narrow and very challenging. Lots of water hazards and not very forgiving. The tips play at 6400. I’m a 8 hc and shot an 80, but easily could’ve shot a 90 if it weren’t for a few lucky bounces. For $25 it was well worth the value. With a little love the course could be one of the better courses in the area. Unfortunately the greens needed some work. Not sure if I will be back anytime soon.

Okay course. Layout is good and staff was awesome. Need some major upkeep on the course and it will be nice. I love the hilly greens but there’s weeds on almost every green on the front. Fairways need some work as well. Back 9 has some challenging holes. Solid for the price though.

Not great
Very narrow course. Lots of water not a good course for beginners like myself.
Bring Lots of balls
The course layout is good. Lots of swamp on this course and it tends to attract golf balls. There are some really challenging holes and that tended to take the fun out of it. Long hitters would probably enjoy it but hackers like me will get chewed up and spit out.
Good track but weedy
Good track and layout, but greens are really shaggy and pretty overrun with weeds and a bunch of other grasses. Greens are very hilly and tricky on their own, though the poor quality of the grass makes them unenjoyable.
Because the greens are bad, it makes people not give a crap about fixing their pitch marks and filling their divots. Imo, it just makes a downward spiral. Our cart didn't have sand, anyway.
That said, the condition of the back nine is far better than the front.
The City of Davie needs to get their act together and allow them to re-open the driving range and funnel more revenue towards greenskeeping.
