I Recommend This Course
Need a break
I think I need a break from DGC. The course brutally punishes nearly any shot hit to the right side and is spring loaded with water holes. Yes, it's my responsibility to keep it in the fairway but everything tilts towards the swamp water, it can be brutal. Greens need some work too, slow and bumpy. Nice people there for sure and I'm glad the course is around, but I need to walk away for a little bit.

Very small greens poorly maintained. Staff is very nice, trying to overcome the shortcomings of the course.

Seems to be improving
In my opinion, I would rather see six different kinds of weeds on the greens, which there were on most of the greens instead of bare spots, to memory there may have been two greens with a couple of small bare spots but you can see the plugs where they were trying to repair them.
Tee boxes were a mix of grass which doesn't really matter because you're tee-ing your ball up.
My memory is not what it used to be but I believe there is more turf grass then weeds or st. Augustine on the fairways which are sloooowly improving.
