Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course
About
Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course is a nine-hole walking course, providing beginners and families with children a smaller venue. It is also a nice practice tune-up for the more advanced player or the busy traveler who has time for just nine holes.
Designed by Ron Garl, the par-36 golf course measures 2,913 yards from the back tees. Disney's Oak Trail's holes range from 132 to 517 yards, with undulating target greens.

Fun day at Oak Trail. Photo submitted by KingGeo3 on 12/28/2012
The best green fee.
For the value, nothing beat the Disney's Oak Trail.
walking course
good course. real challenge in the wind with small greens.
Great walking course however slow pace
Love this course, have played probably 15 times, over a few years, depending on the day,it can take between 2-3.5 hours,if you are a golfer who wants a quick 9 forget it!
GOOD FUN
Good value and quick play.
I could not post this because it said my text "Good value and quick play" was too short. How much do they want me to say? It was a nice course, the value was good and the play was quick! What else do people need to know from me? Do they want me to make things up? The grass was green, there was sand in the sand traps and the water was wet. There were no hills, up or down. I finished the 9 holes right back where I started - at the Starter's Shack. The longest walk was from the car to the Starter Shack and back to the car. They could use a shuttle service for people opting to walk.
Is that enough because if it rejects my comments again then I am not going to fill out any more of these forms.
Fun course
Great course to walk with some very challenging holes. Totally a walk in the park with all holes surrounded by nature.
nice day of golf
course was in good shape.checked in early and staff were able to get us out early.very professional but polite staff.
This course is perfect for young golfers.
Took our 5 year old, almost 6, and it was perfect. Greens were in perfect shape. Course was in good condition for winter. My wife and I could hit drivers on a few of the holes.
Disney does it right
This is a great 9 hole course and I expected nothing but the best from Disney. The 9 hole walking course provides some great challenges with water and woods. (Bring extra balls). Course wasn't too busy so it allowed for a great relaxing round.
Will definitely play here again
Disney Oak Trail
The course is worth the $10 fee from Golfnow. It's a normal length course, not a par 3. The fairways and greens are narrow/small.
Golf Round
Totally enjoyed myself with no pressure behind me as I walked the course which has a few holes that challenged me. I try an play at least 2 to 3 times when I am in Florida. This is a great course for a duffer that only plays a few times a year.
A walk around the happiest place on earth
The course is in great shape. Don't be fooled this is not an executive course. The par 3s are a challenge, and the par 4s & 5s are narrow in spots. It's a great experience for the whole family. Huge yardage difference between white and junior tees. Small greens.
Attractive environment
Great course for the price, but difficult to get to unless staying near the Magic Kingdom.
nice walker for quick round of golf
The course is in good condition ,but I need to play more often ,my game wasn't that good but I will definitely be back to play the course again.
Not worth the $ or time
Will never play this course again, not worth the $ or the time.
Oak Trail
Still feeling affects of re-sodding tee boxes. Otherwise ok.
Lovely course and setting but greens need attention
Course has a lovely setting. Unfortunately some of the greens need attention and some of the fairways have deep holes caused by animals burrowing.
Great beginners course, very natural feeling
Playing at Disney's Oak Trail is great. This is a fun little walking nine hole course that can play technical and really challenge your mid and short game shots.
It is a family oriented golf course (It is at Disney after all) but don't let that make you think its not a fun course to play. That said, be patient and be ready to be patient. It is not uncommon to get stacked up behind less experienced people. If this happens, be patient, enjoy the beauty of the course and remember there was a time when you were learning too.
This course is not overly difficult but that's what makes it fun. Beginners will be comfortable playing, this can be a great first time course especially for young ones as most holes aren't overly long. More experienced players can still be challenged by needing to make a big variety of short to medium shots. Many of which will leave you in between clubs and needing to hit precise shots.
The course starts with a few fairly straight holes, then meanders out through the longer holes, including two par 5s, and finally back in for the final two holes. The course is naturally beautiful. I play this course often and see deer, turkey, and gators among a great variety of other wildlife.
Considering the amount of foot travel this course sees everyday, the folks at Disney do a great job keeping it in shape but expect some wear and tear to show. The fairways are in good shape for the most part but the bunkers tend to be pretty solid and the greens can be rough from traffic.
This is a fun course if you go knowing that it will likely be busy and the pace will be a bit slow but the natural beauty is outstanding and you will enjoy it.
