First time playing not crowded and now I m ow why. Course was a mess punched and slit seeded fairways that are already half dead. Greens on but slow like shag carpet Not worth the reduced price I paid

Greens were fine. Tees were average.

Fairways were in very poor condition.

Some aeration was going in rough and fairway, that being said, there was no hope of recover any time soon.

I do not recommend playing.

It was in ok shape. Seems to get better every time I play it as grass is growing in what were dead area. before.

Greens were in good shape but fairways and tee boxes were not to be desired. Course is under construction but no mention of that before we teed off. Fairways were being aerated while we played. Tractors aerating would just go around us and our balls without stopping. They did not stop to let us play through which is what I typically see. Several fairways were barely playable due to the work previously done. Once again no mention at the front desk or we probably would have not teed off and changed courses.

Staff was actually nice and the clubhouse seemed like a good hangout after so that is one compliment I can make.

I’m surprised they have a good rating on Golf Now given our experience.

Fairways had hardly any grass. Greens were slow and inconsistent. Layout was unimaginative.

We played in less than 4 hours cause it wasn’t busy. We only payed $75/head, so that was the saving grace. It is not worth more than that.

Course was in incredible shape, especially for playing after 3 oclock for only $39. Staff was incredible, anyone is lucky to meet the cart guy Scott. Clubhouse staff and bartender was also incredible! Place of play would be my only concern when I played, but no starter on Easter day and just trying to get everyone in by 6, I understand the mishap. Overall, 100% recommend and definitely coming back to play. 40 min south of Tampa where I am from, so great place for UT students as well.

let’s start with a positive first. The greens were actually in good shape. The rest of the course was beat down. Tea boxes are in terrible shape fairways in terrible shape. Bunker is in terrible shape and the worst thing for me was the pace of play. It was so frustrating to wait and wait and wait.

9 hdcp. Start this off by saying there is no way to beat playing 18 holes of golf, with a cart and a drink, for $45 in early April. Carts have GPS (to the pin). Conditions were not awesome. Just about everything but the tee boxes and greens is burnt out. While I don't love the layout of the course, for the right price in the right condition I would play it again.

Need rain course could be much better. Green's are decent.

Beautiful course with water on almost every hole! Free drink after round and excellent food.

Wonderful golf course but the pin setter needs better training. 15 of 18 greyaens were within 10 feet of the back edge. So a) it slowed play down tremendously and b) it made the course about 360 yards longer than the scorecard, given the green sizes, also slowing down play. 100% on the greens staff.
