Heritage Harbour Golf Club (formerly known as Stoneybrook Golf Club at Heritage Harbour) plays through a landscape highlighted by mature, wooded wetland preserves and ponds. The golf course plays through spacious residential corridors, creating strategic risk/reward holes. At approximately 7,100 yards, multiple tees allow the golf course to be enjoyed by players of all abilities. I had fun

The course was a little brown but I enjoyed the new layout. There were some chuckleheads ahead of us that were very obvious beginners. They were completely unaware of course etiquette and made us have a 5 hour round. Ideally there’d be a marshal that educates the unaware.

They needs some help in the restaurant. We didn’t stay for food as they only had one person at the bar doing both tables and bar. it’s just too much for one person to handle everything! Drinks took 15 minutes at the bar alone.

Yes, greens are firm , but they putt true and will hold well struck shots. Fairways are wide and no problem getting a good lie.

Par threes are very challenging and will determine how well you score the round. Another season and you’ll be paying a lot more to play this course.

OK, I’m an 11 index from Illinois and love a challenging course. HH is one of the most unusual courses I have ever played. Hard, yes, but not good hard. I hate when players say unfair, but yeah, there are a few holes where yes. My biggest issue was the tee shot on 2, black tees, totally blind over a tree/scrub area to an imaginary fairway- fix this, and I have no other real beefs. Yes, greens are super firm, but many of them are new and it has been very dry here- will come back next year to see how it has matured.

I get there was a major reno done last year, but long long drives between greens and next tees, excessive, no flow to the course. 6 par 3s, 5 par 5s, weird. Nice clubhouse, price is right.

Beware, do not waste your money.

Just play the course today for the first time since the new layout, a complete mess you get lost going from 10 to 11 and from 17 to 18. Beware also there’s yellow stakes if you drive your car past it it shut your cart off completely and you have to manually push it back up the hill. I asked the Ranger about it. He said oh yeah I just got to get further away without any other descriptions. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time. They sold a lot of the land or developer, so they’re just trying to get as much money as they possibly can. The greens are hard as rock, the fairways have no grass.
