1st time playing, won't be last

Enjoyed the round. Read reviews and took a chance and glad I did. Single got put with a group of 3 that were very friendly. Greens are nice, bit slow but I'd take these over fast any day. Staff was great and course seemed to be in solid shape. I don't think you'd play and say "wow" but for a course to go out and play a d not spend big money,this is one you'd want to put on the list.

Good Course

Greens in good condition but fairways and around greens need work. Fairways were ok. Course layout and challenge was good. Pace of play continue to be a problem as a 4 hour round can be 5. Ranger interaction response seemed to be that timing was within range as groups were catching us from behind.

Not what I expected

Course has done little to make it playable for winter/spring golf. Although the greens were overseeded the fairways received a very minor overseed and thus had many pure lies.Online reviews are a 4 star but I think it's closer to 2-1/2 to a 3. Certainly not worth the money. Other courses inthe area play better and a better value

Best shape ever!!

I have lived here for 17 years, this is by far the best shape I have ever seen Magnolia in. Absolute great shape especially the back 9. Greens are in excellent shape and fairways perfect. Definitely will be back and happy to see the course in such good shape! See photos attached!!
