This course is in bad condition. The golf carts are worn out. The seats are torn and have holes in them. I had to put down a towel to sit on the seat. The fairways and greens are in need of major repair. They are trying to work on the greens they had just aerated the greens and had sand on them. I do not recommend this course at this time.

Course is in decent shape, a few grassless areas. Greens were a little slow for me but putted pretty true for the most part. Go early, the range is gratis. They need some new golf carts.

Course Recommendations

The course was in decent shape.

The greens were hard and didn't get a true roll when putting.

Fairways are in good shape coming out of the winter months.

Tee boxes need to be redone.

Southern Woods

The layout of the course was very good. I’m sure this course was an excellent one 10 years after breaking ground.

Greens ,tee boxes, and fairways were in bad shape. This course shows signs of neglect.

Greens held very well but were bumpy and hairy. Tee boxes on some par 3s were uneven and lacking grass.

This course could be a very good one if management would put some tlc into it.
